Lighty's Mindset Strategy

Featured Replies

This Strategy splits into 2 different mindsets but are still similar in a way, one mindset is the one you use when your symptoms are more tolerable (milder) and one strategy is when the symptoms become more severe, you can decide at what precentage of severity is the line when you switch between the mindsets, can be 50%-80% but again depends how you tolerate symptoms personally, can be any precentage.

In both strategies you need to keep a neutral mindset and not catastrophize, and deal with your symptoms accordingly.

Milder Symptoms Mindset 1: You accept all the symptoms that come in your way, whether they are emotional or physical, you give them their place, the symptoms will ask for a place, and you need to give it to them, and then continue on with what you can do and with life.

Once they cross the line, you change to Mindset 2.

Severe Symptoms Mindset 2: The symptoms are very severe, at this case you have no control over yourself and cannot do barely anything, at this case you surrender to your symptoms and let them toy with you as they want, a bit like Simon says. You need to pace ? pace all of your house. You have a headache ? you give up to it and just lay down. Emotional symptoms ? You let them express themselves as they want and need.
You do that until your symptoms become milder, and go under the line, in that time you change back to Mindset 1.

You can pair this mindset strategy with other methods that help your symptoms.

I highly recommend learning how to breath properly and meditating, I might do a post on that as well.
