October 20Oct 20 Hello, wondering is there anyone relying on superfoods to fix deficiencies? Like oysters, clams, liver etc? Since most of us are hypersensitive to supplements. Eating a tiny bit of oysters, clams and liver every week can give you tons of B vitamins. But never eat a lot in one setting, better to eat tiny amounts every other day. Prozac 60mg 2018 - 2024 then cold turkey'dWithdrawal/adverse reaction to reinstatement (10mg for 8 days) began Feb 2025Month 0 - 3 = windows and waves every weekMonth 4 - 6 = constant waveMonth 7- 11 = massive window, felt 80% healedMonth 12 - 18 = constant wave but better than < Month 6
4 hours ago4 hr Hi. I didn't know about oysters and clams, taken occasionally to help with one's inner physiological equilibrium. And at first I thought you meant powdered superfoods. I took a Nutrition course a long time ago, and the instructor was raving about them. They aren't cheap, alas 1999-2005: On and off of various psych drugs, like Paxil, Wellbutrin, etc.2006: Started Zoloft, along with various benzodiazepines.2016: Started tapering from Zoloft, 150mg. Off of everything else.2026: On a liquid microtaper of Zoloft; holding for a few months at 0.33mg, before I proceed with a micropipette.Supplements: Daily highly bioavailable supplement, Fish oil, Vitamin D, Liposomal Vitamin C, Melatonin, NAC, Ginger pills, Lavender oil pills, Kava KavaSA link: https://www.survivingantidepressants.org/forums/topic/11362-lostinmarshes-in-pain/
