April 9Apr 9 Hi to all the former Surviving Antidepressants members who have migrated to this site! This summer it will be 5 years since I tapered off Zoloft, and a year since the end of my Xanax taper. I'm still dealing with sxs. It's difficult to plan ahead for events since I never know how I'll feel when the day comes. Typically, I sleep between 3 and 5 hours a night, in pieces, so it's hard to have enough energy to do much. However, in my daily notes, I'm beginning to see small but hopeful change. In Feb. I had one good day, in Mar. I had 2 good days. Apr. 4 was another good day! I am hopeful! April 9Apr 9 Hi @Terry Welcome to the forum! Thank you for taking the time to write your introduction post and filling out your signature. I found you on SA, and and linked to your thread above. Im so sorry you are still dealing with issues having fully tapered off your drugs. Im two years clear of short term use of Mirtazapine, and still suffer symptoms, so I empathise. You are doing really well keeping your spirits up. It can take such a long time to heal from these things, but heal we will! Im glad you made it over here to join us, and all your other SA friends, you are so very welcome here. I hope you find this place supportive whilst you continue your healing journey and beyond even! I look forward to reading you success story one day. Im sure it is coming. Chippy I’m not a medical professional and cannot offer medical advice. I only offer my thoughts as support. April 9Apr 9 Welcome to the forum, thank you for crossing over. I hope that you find this place supportive and that you feel able to write a success story here someday. Small but hopeful changes are a good sign, at 10months off of your last drug, that is encouraging progress and as I'm sure you've seen on SA, there is plenty of precedent for further healing from here. Nothing I say is medical advice, it is simply my opinion. I am an anonymous person on an internet forum with no relevant qualifications other than being badly harmed by a drug. For all you know, I could be an idiot. You are making your own decisions and part of that is deciding how much to listen to my opinion, if at all. Perhaps you should consider this post an artistic work of fiction written for entertainment purposes.
