My inner monologue is heavily reduced and I barely hear it. I need to actively activate my thinking and it’s like my brain does not have networks or energy to do it. I already got this on the meds and it was the reason I wanted to discontinue them I feel like it has barely changed at all.Its really hard to trust that this will get better… it feels like I really have fried / damaged my brain, as I have also excruciating head pains almost everyday. There are some really good beginner tai chi videos on YouTube that are great for connecting your mind and body to the moment. They help you focus on the movements and pay attention to your position, so they engage your mind as well. Might be worth a try... 1 hour ago1 hr Author Guys how are your brains feeling? I can write a book about my head symptoms. PressureFeeling like my brain petrified (cement block in forehead)Parts feeling missing; like air / empty hole Feeling like a knot is stuck in the middle my head Bruised feeling Feeling like an irritated nerve is very tightly stretched in middle of my headNumb feeling Itchy / uncomfortable tingling in brain Layers in my head with plateaus and airFace pressure Hollowness feeling in face 11 months off, but still baffled every single day by these symptoms.Because of my head sensations, I can’t experience normal human head sensations like dehydration headache, blood in brain bending over, concentration headaches (tension), etc. It this all common? 52 minutes ago52 min @Sophia Head symthoms are not the hardest thing in my case, but I still see some similarities. When I was on many drugs I felt separated spots of pressure on my skull, from inside to outside. Like islands in the middle of the ocean...In 2020 i was free of any drug and as I remember, I had a feeling like I have a metal ball inside my prefrontal lobe. It felt like pressure. I can say that if fade away, but until today it's felt like many parts of my brain are missing.Because of my chemical sensitivity I had a feeling that my head will explode sometimes. So, yes, brain symthoms were/are there. The most apparent head symthom is now a burning sensation on my the left side of my face.
