In 2019 I joined Surviving Antidepressants.org to help others recover but that site will be closing in a few months.

You can find my recovery thread at SA here: https://www.survivingantidepressants.org/forums/topic/21966-mstimc-hello-from-an-sri-vet/#comment-461710

Using therapy and CBT to manage my anxiety

I offer advice based on my experience.  Nothing I share is intended to be medical or therapy advice.

Hi mstimc60

Welcome to the forum!

Thanks for posting your inspiring journey! I've moved this to the success story section for you.

I've kept this new thread here so others can chat to you and see why you are here.

I have included links to your SA recovery page and also to your success story here on AR.

I also uploaded your signature from SA for completeness if that is ok?

You are VERY welcome here, thank you again for joining. This community needs your experience and the members will benefit greatly from you moving over!

Hope you are well and have had a lovely Christmas?

Speak very soon

Chippy

I’m not a medical professional and cannot offer medical advice. I only offer my thoughts as support. Please speak to your health practitioner about your care. This is a peer site where we support each other on our taper/recovery journeys.

If you are from the UK please make sure you fill in a 'Yellow Card' report for the MHRA. It is you doing your bit to help make a difference.

Please take the time to do it today 🙂 https://yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk

Thank you Chippy!  I'm looking forward to participating!

Yes, we had a great Christmas. Our son (and his cat) are visiting from college so our family is together again, at least until January 6!

Fantastic! Lovely to get everyone together even it’s not as often as we would like. Have a great New Years!

Ps I edited your post. For some reason your reply was in the ‘quote’ box. It’s easy to accidentally type in there. New forum new layout to get used to!
