I want to research them but I'm just so dizzySorry to hear you're sick @Amy B! I haven't seen too much about artificial electrolytes being too risky, but as with anything else it's probably best if you're able to get them from natural sources (I understand this might be difficult with a stomach bug!). Apparently coconut water is a good source of electrolytes like potassium and sodium, or this blog suggests a smoothie with electrolyte-rich ingredients: https://cleanfoodcrush.com/what-are-electrolytes-and-where-do-you-get-them/Feel better soon 🙏 I’m not a medical professional and cannot offer medical advice. Wednesday at 03:55 PM3 days Author Just an update of where I'm at. I feel like I am improving very slowly overall, I'm more functional than I have been in the past and the recent stomach bug I had didn't send me into a major wave. I've been holding my dose for almost 3 months and it's been about 10 months since the last major change when I increased from 25mg to 50mg. Lately, my symptoms have been consistently a 5/6 out of 10 where as before they were a 7/8 out of 10.I would say that the improvements are so subtle that I barely notice unless I think back to 6 months ago. Some of the things I am noticing is that I'm more selective about my clothes and appearance, not just grabbing the first thing I can see. Not so long ago I didn't even have the strength to tie my hair back.I still experience monophobia, I can be by myself for a couple of hours at a time, but I still need that anchoring to reality. I'm also exercise intolerant, I've worked out a 20 minute walk seems to be my limit without triggering symptoms- I'll take it! My body often feels very creaky and like I've aged 100 years. Hoping all these symptoms get better in time.Sending healing thoughts to you all 💌 Edited Wednesday at 03:59 PM3 days by Amy B Sertraline 50mg (June'16-Sep'24). I'd say my progress in my first few months of holding was similar to yours, it felt very slow and I had to track my symptoms each day and look back over long periods to really notice anything. But the improvements were definitely still there and became more and more noticeable over time. I definitely empathize with the appearance thing, I know it's a good day when I actually take time to put myself together. 1 hour ago, Amy B said:Hoping all these symptoms get better in time.I know they will 😊💜 I’m not a medical professional and cannot offer medical advice.
