July 21Jul 21 Author I’m still not doing well and very worried about poop out returning. I’ve been holding since I updosed in September 2025. Shouldn’t I have stabilized by now? I have no idea what’s wd and what’s poop out at this point. I’ve read long holds during poop out aren’t good but I had no choice when I crashed hard last year. When I hit poop out 2 years ago I started tapering and went from 40mg to 16.5mg in a year. That’s when severe wd hit and I’ve been holding ever since. I’m lost at what to do Oct Nov 2017 - 30mg diazepam every night. Still very frustrating and tough to deal with. This month marks one year of holding. Not sure why it’s taking so long to stabilize. I was hoping to stabilize sooner so I can continue with the taper. I wonder if the pattern of windows and waves I’m in is my new wd normal? I still get hit with the bloating and nausea which I’m sick of dealing with. Anyway I still plan on holding to see if these waves will stop or space out more.I hope you’re hanging in there. I think about you a lot. Thanks for always supporting us! Love you!!Hey @willy , They seem to be just no pattern to this madness. I've had to hold for a year as well. Enjoy those windows that you have and remind yourself and a wave that you've gone through it before we will get through this somehow. On Paxil since 1995. Seroquel added 2014 after withdrawal crash.
