Hi @Chippy

It’s a bad day again. How do I get through it.

When I had the good couple of weeks I was not 100% but coping. Now I feel like I’m not coping and all the nice things seem dull and hard again.

I have been looking at what LIC has sent me.

Tell me is normal that everything seems really hard. Even going out.

Many thanks

Good mate, thats great, watch some of the YouTube videos in the links and then watch other videos from the community you can find. Angie Peacock is a great place to start.

It is very normal for things to seem hard, when we don't feel well going out can feel daunting and that is ok. Acceptance is about being ok with the symptoms being there, I know thats hard, just learning to float and not hyperfocus or worry about them. Dialling back the resitance reduces the suffering whilst you heal.

@Chippy and all.

I know this sound stupid but but I really need reassurance that holding on these 3 meds is the thing to do since I have now held for four months since all the changes and stopping of meds prior to that.

Thanks in advance.

I’m so scared.

100% mate. You don't want to be tapering when cylcling in and out of waves. Let your system settle down. It wants to. Its working on it, the windows are proof of this. Time.

Yes this is incredibly normal Tony. Everyone’s symptoms are different, but sadness, anxiety, and an inability to experience positive feelings are very, very common.
