It’s like my nervous system has gone off the rails again just like the last time I tried to make a change only I’m much worse

I don’t know what’s causing the horrible agitation and aka

It seems like when there’s a change it just completely disrupts my nervous system

I don’t know why I thought I could do this

It feels much worse than a panic attack. It’s like someone has given me several shots of adrenaline .

I’ve only been able to sit down maybe once since about 730 or eight this morning

And I feel like I have electricity just pummeling me

I can’t stop crying. It’s horrible. It’s very very agitating.

I am so sorry to hear this. I am all to familiar with this symptom.

I just don't know what to say.

It makes absolutely no sense, rhyme or reason. Everything is an unknown.

It is up to you whether you just go back to your normal dosing routine. We all just want relief for you. ❤️🙏🫂

It’s like I’m so reactive to everything!

Even tiny changes even with the dose the same- it’s just so strange

The electricity and burning seem to be getting worse as the day goes on

Splitting a dose can be just as disruptive as trying to reduce a dose for some people. It makes sense in my mind that it shouldn’t, but it is.

This is the most activated or in withdrawal feeling I’ve ever felt in my life. And that was just a 45 minute difference.

My poor body. I didn’t mean to cause hideous symptoms

I hope I bounce back from this because I can’t live like this

Hello @Finni , I am so so sorry you’re having such a hard time right now.

I was looking at your history and it looks like in June this year your dose was 5 hours late. Do you recall how you reacted to that delay? I’m wondering because that was the entire dose and a meaningful slide in time vs what you’re trying to accomplish now. Also, my apologies for not fully following your thread, but what form are you using to taper—-dry cut? Compounded liquid? Manufacturer liquid?

I have the phone in my hand to call 911. It’s so severe. such pounding and heat and it’s unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.

It’s the most severe activation I’ve ever experienced. It’s been going now for nine hours and it’s just getting worse.

I’m trying my hardest to not go to the emergency room, but I’m having really scary chest burning

Everything‘s just pounding and electrified

I haven’t heard back from Adele and it’s six almost 6:15 PM and this has been one of the hardest days of my entire life

I still haven’t gone to the emergency room, but I am in severe severe withdrawal like state and I truly don’t know whether to try the split dose again or to go back

Does anybody know what they would do if it were them?

Ease for a bit then ramp again

@Finni I can't tell you what to do but you have to trust how you are feeling. I know for myself, when I changed to compounded capsules...I took them for 3 days and it was like I had CT all over again. As soon as it dawned on me that the capsules were the issue, I immediately went back to cutting and weighing my own and the situation reversed and I was back to "normal".

Generally with any extreme reaction from a change, returning to the normal routine is the most appropriate thing to do.

Can I guarantee the outcome? No unfortunately. It doesn't make sense that this small of a change can do this. I wish I could give you clear direction. ❤️🙏🫂

It’s just been locked on

Seems to be getting worse the closer I get to dose time

I can't advise you on anything, as every body reacts differently. I am here if you ever want to talk. I have lived through acute activation symptoms and I know how bitter they are. I am with you.
