It does mean grind first. You may find it dissolves fine, putting it in the milk whole. You would have to check that out for yourself.

It’s always a good idea to rinse anything that you’ve used to make your solutions and drink the rinse water. So if you have a pestle and mortar you could crush the pills in that, put the powder in the big container for mixing with milk, then rinse the pestle and mortar with water and drink that. Would be worth doing the same with the large container once you have split the liquid into the two smaller containers. And then again once you have drunk each dose, rinse the small containers and drink the water. Just a way of making sure you get all the drug.

Try not to over think it all too much. Each pill has a varying amount of drug anyway, there are manufacturing tolerances you see. We can only control some variables and have to allow our bodies to deal with the rest. There is also the fact that if you do the same thing each day, the result is likely similar. So main thing is be consistent with your method.

How can we do like this without graduated cylinder..

I had a quick look at the post and basically Colin is saying pretty much what we are saying to you. He is using a graduated cylinder to do the mixing. You can get one if you prefer. Any container preferably glass will be ok.

In the post he is using the cylinder to remove the liquid when you start to taper.

Personally I would just get some 10ml syringes and the container you need to fit the liquid you’ll use. So if you use 100ml liqid. Get a 150ml glass container or beaker so it’s bigger than the liquid and doesn’t splash. 2 x 75ml containers with lids for the split doses of 50ml each. Maybe a pestle and mortar to grind the tablets although you can use two spoons, or not grind if that is something you can make work. This is just an example. You can be flexible with this. Try to not over think it. I know you find this hard.

You can make a more dilute solution later if needs be. If you want to do 300ml this is fine too. 150ml was fine also. You choose. You’ll have to buy and drink the milk each day.

Ok so take a mortar and pestle crush tablets add milk in it and pour in 150 ml jar and add more milk till 100 ml mark..and shake it and then pour in other two containers and consume

Would work fine. Just only add the one 0.5mg tablet for a few days. And drink the whole thing. Take your second dose as tablet.

Then add the other and split the liquid into two containers for a few days. Before you start to remove some milk with a syringe if you have it, scales if not.

@juvieriya you can also put the pill between 2 spoons to crush it so you don't lose powder. Please watch this video form the 1 minute 15 seconds mark, to see how he crushed a pill. It is a different drug but you can get an idea.
