August 13Aug 13 Huge congrats @Marie!! Finishing your taper is a huge deal and you should be very proud 😊. Especially since you tapered so patiently and seem to have avoided the worst of WD. August 14Aug 14 I hope that this next step at 0mg goes well, please do drop in and let us know how you're doing when you can. Nothing I say is medical advice, it is simply my opinion. I am an anonymous person on an internet forum with no relevant qualifications other than being badly harmed by a drug. For all you know, I could be an idiot. You are making your own decisions and part of that is deciding how much to listen to my opinion, if at all. August 14Aug 14 16 hours ago, Marie said:Hello everyone. On 8/11/26 I took my last dose of mirtazapine. Last night there was no dose to take. What a pleasure! I slept just like I have been sleeping lately, some wakeups, little early, but who cares. I have been noticing I have been getting good chunks of REM sleep every night. My tummy is a little nauseous.I have been having uti symptoms and tested positive on home test. When to the doc and got an antibiotic. I've also been nursing sinus symptoms for a month. There has been smoke from wildfires and additional pollution with very humid weather. I could have a sinus infection too. The thing is though both of these could just be mirt paying me back for tapering. I will take the a/b and see if I improve. I'll just chill at home with no plans and try to take extra good care of myself. To those out there tapering, keep going things will get better.I think I have a good shot at getting healed completely. I'm curious to see how long it will take. My long ass taper may help. Mood is good and I remain positive. I'll check back from time to time. Be well. Marie. So happy to see Marie, amazing news. Please make sure you come back, and once you are happy things are good for you, give it a good 6-12 months, please rememember to write a sucess story here.
