March 10Mar 10 Author Update woke up about 8 slept from 11 so roughly 9 hours although I was on and of from 7-8. Not the best wake up had a little cry with my angel (my wife) she’s always there to comfort me and bless her she understands it all she’s done her own research. We have been together 13 years and she is my rock, childhood lovers. Went doctors and told her about my doplamine day the other day and she said I’ve seen this a lot with people in depression and it’s a great sign it’s windows and waves!! I mean she thinks it’s depression not withdrawal but atleast it’s something lol. My mood picked up from about 12 I wouldn’t say extremely happy but just above neutral. Went gym all in all and decent day. Looking forward to Millwall tonight as they approach them play offs!! ⚽️ I guess the switch to my Brain is trying to turn on again from that dark pit I was on yesterday. onwards and upwards ❤️👊🙏 6/10 Edited March 10Mar 10 by Richie Mirtazapine for 3 weeks august 2025 15mg made me numb didn’t know why took an overdose of 10x 15mg tablets. reinstated at 11 weeks due to symptoms and inpatient stay. currently on 3.75mg mirtazapine symptoms/ anhedonia, slightly blurred vision, tinnitus, toxic naps depression, anxiety, pins and needles

March 12Mar 12 Author Another good day all in all. Woke up about 9.30 after falling to sleep about 12.30 I woke at 6 wide awake feeling like I hadn’t slept but was able to go back of. Kinda on and of, but other then that a good day. Mood has been good felt abit tired but I think that’s due to my sleep last night. Must of not been refreshing. Anhedonia still gone managed to get to the gym. My spots are finally calming down but I actually think this is due to my gut. I had the test done and it was riddled with bad bacteria so I’ve been on a special diet trying to rebuild the healthy gut flora. My diet consists of bananas apples sweet potato leeks most green veg yoghurt in the morning with seeds and fruit. Especially grapes and kiwis. Also on inulin apple pectin acacus and resistant start mixing in with my whey free protein shakes. I wanna make my body as healthy as possible so it can heal. the window has continued two days and counting. onwards and upwards. 8/10 ❤️🙏👊 Edited March 12Mar 12 by Richie Mirtazapine for 3 weeks august 2025 15mg made me numb didn’t know why took an overdose of 10x 15mg tablets. reinstated at 11 weeks due to symptoms and inpatient stay. currently on 3.75mg mirtazapine symptoms/ anhedonia, slightly blurred vision, tinnitus, toxic naps depression, anxiety, pins and needles

March 13Mar 13 @Richie I'm glad you're having more windows. Try to keep this in mind if things get difficult again, you appear to be moving towards stabilising. Nothing I say is medical advice, it is simply my opinion. I am an anonymous person on an internet forum with no relevant qualifications other than being badly harmed by a drug. For all you know, I could be an idiot. You are making your own decisions and part of that is deciding how much to listen to my opinion, if at all. Perhaps you should consider this post an artistic work of fiction written for entertainment purposes.
