August 15Aug 15 For myself I can say that because of digestive problems, these things became confused too. I don't like to eat and I'm avoiding food, but I eat to much many times. It feels like signals from gut became confused. August 17Aug 17 Author I know in the context of withdrawal gaining weight doesn't seem like anything but I am having these insane cravings and hunger I feel sick eating so much bad food. I feel so much pain gaining weight when even in my window I worked so hard doing keto to keep it offI remember having this even in my big window but I went away. In my big window I was able to do keto and was doing good with diet and exercise I remember on survivingantidepressants I posted this:Nov 16th 2025"I want to take this to help with my remaning symptoms 1. depression 2. wacky periods (my luteal phase is so long and I get wierd symptoms such as this unsatiable hunger). But I don't think I'm ever trusting a supplement ever again after all that has happened."Then a month later I posted this"I'm sorry I wasn't going to take it but someone kept recommending it to me. Also the hunger was just part of withdrawal and subsided thankfully."So it went away..not all the binge eating related symptoms went away some stayed but this time it's stayed for 5+ months. Feels like such a lonely way to liveSo sorry you feel this way, I can definitely relate. The thought that this as well as other symptoms will remain permanent is just natural while suffering but not true, as part of the system’s regulatory mechanism, all resources are temporarily mobilized solely for survival, anything non-essential is pushed aside — which is exactly what you are experiencing right now, but as healing progresses, normal function will gradually return. I have seen this happen with so many others, and you are no exception. It is immensely difficult, but it is temporary.Hang in there. I used to work out and even through tough times try to listen to music and try to enjoy a movie . Non of this is what I like anymore . I am not an expert, but I will suggest to continue holding until you have few months feeling stable. If next few weeks, you continue like this, maybe in three months resume taper and go very slow at your last mg. You might still get withdrawal symptoms but they should be very mild and resolved quicker....Congratulations in reaching stability!
