April 6Apr 6 Author Managed to cook dinner for my husband and youngest son who was visiting ,still felt the same as this morning only just now is it starting to subside . I had a couple of rough days ,shaking fast heart rate headache which is similar to hypoglycemia. Mentioned this before when someone said about intermittent fasting . For those two days I was rough I wasn't eating properly, but yesterday after a large dinner I started to feel ok actually very good slept well and am having a good morning. I will experiment and try and out 3 meals a day at regular times and see if it makes a difference. I personally don't believe in fasting and eat 2 to 4 meals regularly with lots of fruits and vegetables in between, but during tough wave it's hard to even think about food which I'm sure have an impact, I've lost 5 kilos so far, maybe a blessing for some but not for me, i just need solid long window to put all of that back.. it will come.
