Reminder to all of you that the highs and downs of withdrawal are all lies, you can choose to unattach, put some distance, and not believe all your thoughts and feelings and symptoms and everything else.

You can set your goals energetically and achieve them, it might take a lot of time, but you can set the tone and slowly progress towards the goal, while getting better.

god bless.

I started having a significant wave since yesterday, was basically crazy disabled with crazy symptoms for 5 hours, after that i had neuroemotions and had a moment i couldn't take it.

today is also very bad, right now I remembered omega 3 can help me, but can make me fatigued in a way, so it did calm down the shakiness crazy messed up nervous system (tiny dose of 300mg), I keep forgetting omega 3 can be useful for me when my nervous system is absolutely messed up (tho in normal situations it does make me worse with only causing fatigue, so it's a double edged sword)

@Lighty , hoping you have a better day. You know how waves and windows work, and how brutal the waves can be. You also know waves aren't permanent. I hope the Omega 3 works for you and you see a window soon. Sending positive thoughts your way!

I finally ordered A&D EJ-54D2, so it should be easier to weigh my doses, and also faster, I'm not sure how accurate the gemini-20 is, and how accurate i get it to be with my practices, but I'm getting tired of it.

My scale got sent so quickly and with DHL as well ! I would probably get it next week.

Btw just wanted to tell a message to everyone using my introduction.

Lately I been having much of a harder time, and I been venting to some friends here on private messages.

It's okay to vent, it's okay to ask for help, we are all in the same battle, we are all providing support to each other in a circle, helping each other out, and doing god's work while still suffering ourselves.

Just because I have one title or the other on my profile doesn't mean I'm different.

today i had some crazy dyskinesia and also got this feeling from multiple family members, they don't truly care about me, only when it inconveniences them or it involves their ego or they need something. things just feel unfair in life.

Im sorry @Lighty

I understand this feeling very well. Having been "someone" before, and being crushed, ignored, and mistreated now that you are in wd. It is important to remember that we are still this person, despite the critical state of the brain which no longer perceives it. My dearest dream is that we can all become this person before treatment again. I pray for you!

Try to stay away from toxicity as much as possible, whatever it is. Stay with people who still believe in you, only them deserve your attention.

《A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.》proverbs 17:17.

People are only there when everything is going well. It's the sad reality.

That’s why I’m still flabbergasted by the existence of this forum: how people who were paid, "trained" to help us actually made us sicker and then left us fallen, and how on the contrary complete strangers try to counter all this, without asking anything? lol.

So lately my weight has gone down a lot, and also i had blood tests and iron levels in blood and hemoglobin are low to a mild anemia level, but my ferritin levels are perfect, which is very wierd.

Im going to maybe start supplementing with liposomal iron to raise my iron levels efficiently, I seem to respond to it better than in the past.

to be fair tho this whole journey is crazy ups and downs, where some time ago i had suddenly a bunch of emotional symptoms, then dyskinesia worse, again just taking it day after day, im not hyper focusing personally on commenting every single day as it's pointless, but more general updates when needed.

I suspect I might react badly to the liposomal iron, so I think I'll stop, tho it's an issue my body seems to trap the iron and I have a real lack of active iron in my blood.

I actually got it and didn't use it, I had some wierd scaling issue with it with number continuing to go up nonstop after scaling something (even if that number is a minus, it goes to a bigger minus), and I didn't calibrate it, at the end I didn't have power and I'm still using my gemini-20, but it's still there obviously.

Honestly lately I been doing less good.

Also I started having an issue with blood going out sometimes when i go to the toilet, first was in stains but now more noticeable, not sure if it's hemorrhoids or something else, either way I have an appointment to a gastric doctor in 9 days, and trying to treat it as a hemorrhoid in the meantime.

Sorry to hear that Lighty, as much as I don't like doctors, there are situations like this that require a medical examination, it's good that you're on it.

I hope it's just hemorrhoids and not something else, let us know.

Feel better soon.

Sorry to hear this @Lighty, hope it's nothing serious and you can get it sorted out soon.

Just an update, I started eating eggs again after not tolerating last winter/autumn, been slowly eating a bit, at first more foods that have a bit of egg but now actual fried eggs, still starting out with one fried egg a day, starting slow so my body could learn to adapt to it more before adding up to possibly multiple eggs a day.

That's good news! And great approach--take it slow and steady instead of eating a three egg omelet! 😆
