Hey all, EDP6893 here. I was active a lot on survivingantidepressants before it shut down. My introduction thread if anyone wants to read what happened to me previously is here (https://www.survivingantidepressants.org/forums/topic/30833-epd6893-tapering-effexor-troubles/).

 

Long story short I have severe protracted withdrawal that's lasted over a year now. Very painful. Lots of nasty symptoms. I am also going through an incredibly stressful and dark period of my life at the moment. I'm being forced to move out of my house even though I'm still deep in withdrawal hell.

 

Anyways, that's my story.

I guess these things just take a really long time to get better from.

Unfortunately this is the trend particularly those past a few months off. But healing happens we just need to not get in it’s way and make the best of life in the mean times. Tough as that is sometimes.

Today I'm going to FINALLY visit that new apartment. Only took them the entire year waiting for it -_- I hope it's not too noisy.

It went good. The apartment is a lot better than I was expecting. And it was mostly quiet. I could still hear traffic a little bit but the were no curtains and the house was mostly empty. It had a lot of stuff I didn't know about such as a washing machine that also dries clothes which will be very helpful, it has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, one of which will become a gaming room. The bathrooms already have anti slip coating too.

Yeah I will go for it. Unfortunately still don't know exactly when I'm moving out but the landlord company said they'll hurry up and get back to me.

I am so worried about moving out. Genital burning pain is still very bad. Terrified it will last forever, but it doesn't make sense why it could last forever when it went away before. Could it be that all the stress and issues with moving out has brought this withdrawal into existence or made it last far longer than normal?

Try to not worry about it. Just focus on the day. Tomorrow will sort itself out so some extent. By that I mean deal with the things that actually need dealing with for the future but don't spend time worry about things that haven't happened yet. If you find yourself there just forgive yourself for it don't be angry and bring it back to today. Keep doing this. Same with past memories.
