@EDP6893 is it the exact same brand? What are all the listed ingredients in both including non medicinal ingredients? What are the differences other than the mg of fish oil, omega3, epa and dha?

The differences between the 2 would for me, be the most concerning.

That's good. Hopefully they deliver to the uk at least. If I can't find any I'll just buy more so I don't have to take the risks of stopping or switching.

Starting and stopping fish oil supplements made no difference to me at all when my symptoms were very severe.

I think you'll be ok, but it's good that you're trying to be as consistent as possible.

Nothing I say is medical advice, it is simply my opinion. I am an anonymous person on an internet forum with no relevant qualifications other than being badly harmed by a drug. I have now had 5 days in a row with no + pain and no needing to go to the toilet all the time anymore. It seems I am where I was before the metformin kindling. It's taken about 2 months this time to get back here, compared to 1 month after stopping the daridorexant with messed up my CNS. Hopefully in a few months it will be gone permanently.

Oh wow, this awesome man......great to hear that your body is healing and finally getting to there. Definitely, a hard journey, but we need to continue moving forward.

I hope, I eventually gets those 9 consecutive weeks coming back, but I have also noticed that my waves are little weaker and resolves quicker too.

Hang in there brother... We will get there for sure...

I wonder if I leave things long enough, will my nervous system heal enough where stopping vitamins and things like that would not cause kindling? There's several medications I will have to stop, including the vitamins. But prozac for sure I am doing hyperbolic tapering when the time comes. I eventually need to stop the multivitamins, omega 3 fish oil capsules, vitamin d supplements, omeprazole 20mg, omeprazole 10mg, famotadine 20mg.

Once I am getting no more + days, and no more electric shocks, I plan to wait 6 months as a holiday I guess from no longer having to deal with withdrawal. I am hoping this is long enough for everything to heal so I am not so sensitive anymore and can come off the rest.

When you are ready to stop some of those things, slow tapering will lessen any problems... especially with the omeprazole and famotadine. Both those drugs cause rebound reflux so slow reduction is best...like 25% a week and if you experience rebound just hold another week or so.

But will the dangerous sensitivity go away so lessening any drug does not cause additional withdrawals again? Not talking about acid rebound.

For the omeprazole I would lower it by 10mg per week. But not this year.
