May 19May 19 Author Just realised I did my calculations wrong 🤦♀️ I actually did a 2.4% cut rather than a 2% cut 😅 I’m seriously the queen of making mistakes lately lol.Overall I still did pretty well that month and averaged around 85%, with some little waves and windows throughout. But because it ended up being a bigger cut than I intended, I’m thinking I may just hold at this dose for another 2 weeks and let my nervous system settle before deciding what to do next. May 19May 19 Good idea to hold for another couple of weeks. It’ll pay off in the long run. Started Paxil for GAD in 1999 Unsuccessful taper attempt in 2006 Paxilprogress helped with a successful taper completed in 2009 Using therapy and CBT to manage my anxiety I offer advice based on my experience. May 19May 19 @cheeky That mind of ours ...we make a cut and then as you say your month was 85% which is great so pleased for you ,but it also sometimes gives us a false sense of this is ok I'm doing really well here maybe next time I will cut a bit more . I think we all fall for it . Not saying it wouldn't work for you ,but personally I would be more cautious and stay at the same drop and stablisise more ,as others have said no need to rock the boat as youbare doing ok ,enjoy it 😁❤️🙏 2016 - 2019 Sertraline 25mg highest dose 100mg 2019 C Ted 25mg Bad withdrawals 01/2020 reinstated 25mg 06/2020 - 12/2021 tapered from 100mg to 6mg jumped off .bad withdrawals like before . 06/2022 reinstated 25mg 10/2023 started taper of 25mg not sure of starting drops 04/2025 5mg 06/2025 4.1mg 08/2025 3.5mg 10/2025 3.1 mg 12/2025 2.5mg 01/2026 to present 2.27mg
