January 8Jan 8 Author How is your sleep? Could you summarise your symptoms, if you'd like to? My sleep is ok, I sleep enough and get like 6-8 hours on average. The morning depression is horrendous though. My worst symptoms are headpressure, throbbing sensation all over my body and feeling inflamed, severe PSSD with shrinkage, weird veins and discoloration of the penis, stinging pains in the heart area and just general chest pressure, not able to physically exhaust myself as much. I am also very depressed and often suicidal. Of course I am quite anhedonic and dont find joy in much but in stuffing myself with food that I like. I also feel a bit weird, as if I am not myself anymore and the person I was died in March of the last year. Thanks for asking Luke, I hope you are not suffering too much. From 27. February 2025 - 15. April 2025 Mirtazapine 15 mg (tried quitting CT 3 times before reinstating after one day, successful CT on attempt 4) (2 weeks in that timeframe my dose was upped to Mirtazapine 30 mg, I don't remember the exact date when the dose was upped and in which timeframe I took it.) 15. April 2025 - 29. April 2025 Lorazepam 0,5 mg 15. April 2025 - 20. August 2025 on Olanzapine 5 mg 20th of August 2025 - 04. January 9Jan 9 Hey My sleep is ok, I sleep enough and get like 6-8 hours on average. Mine is similar, sometimes enough, sometimes not. My worst symptoms are headpressure I get this. Constant almost. Worst part for me for sure. I'm sorry about all the symptoms, they are very tough. Hang tight time will see us alright. How much time, no one knows but I very much believe that given enough time we will all improve. I’m not a medical professional and cannot offer medical advice. I only offer my thoughts as support. March 5Mar 5 Hello @MischaDE These aren't typical withdrawal symptoms. Have you talked to your doctor about them? Do you smoke? I'm not doing well either. The only thing that improved are the brain zap, I'm almost out, and my appetite is better. Everything else is bad. Days are equal to the nights. The world turns, but without me. It’s an enormous suffering, yes. 😔 I also think I'm handicapped for life like you, but as long as there is life, there is hope. We all have these terrible negative thoughts that persist, but it seems they eventually fade as we heal. It's a very slow process; we have no choice, we need to accept it. Every day is a "lost" day, as if we're living in a bubble. But we must find a meaning to this suffering. It's so hard. But illness doesn't only bring bad things, if you look closely. After recovery, we'll see things differently. Did some symptoms improve for you? We must stick to that. Time and God are our best friends. Time is a great teacher, he rule out things. ☺️ About 1 week of st John's wort then 20-25 october 2025 : escitalopram 10mg (liquid) 18 november- 9 december 2025 : Fluoxétine 20 mg (liquid, 10 ml) - 2 days at 30 mg then return to 20 mg because of side effects.
