But I wasn't willing to go through the insane insomnia you went through. At least now I sleep even though the sleep is often choppy, I usually get enough. Just that alone I can be happy about, comparing it to all the horror stories I read on here and SA.Sometimes even my acceptance for being crippled grows. It fluctuates a lot but it exists.Perhaps they do, but the point still stands- at a year out, you're able to look back and see that in various aspects you have improved. You are improving over time, and this is a good thing and is often how people begin to recover.Getting reasonable sleep, even though it's not perfect is a positive thing I think, hopefully that will also aid your overall wellbeing in time.I think you will continue to improve, it's sad that a year can be considered relatively early in withdrawal, but I think it's very hopeful that you're on an upward trajectory at this point. Nothing I say is medical advice, it is simply my opinion. I am an anonymous person on an internet forum with no relevant qualifications other than being badly harmed by a drug. For all you know, I could be an idiot. You are making your own decisions and part of that is deciding how much to listen to my opinion, if at all. Perhaps you should consider this post an artistic work of fiction written for entertainment purposes.
