May 6May 6 As Chippy said, nothing is worse that the lack of sleep. I am so happy for you, Mischa. Every night since 14 months now (if I can have some sleep) I have waken at 12, 2, 4, 6 h by the awful cortisol/hot/depression waves, with sweats, skin itching and muscle pains. And around 6 o'clock I cannot more stay in bed because of the feeling of terror and dying... I don't know how long I will be able to stay on this inhumane state... My resilience is at its end. But it is great that suddenly your head pressure lifted, Mischa. I read many stories when the people started to feel better one day without progressive signs before.
