Woke with slight symptoms but they soon disappeared followed by the calmness like someone was saying you are going to be ok....feel a bit bruised from yesterday but I can't complain as I feel in control at the moment. I hope 🙏 @Fullhealing that things are settling for you as well ❤️

So glad to hear that you are relatively okay now @Beehive yesterday I felt how trapped and suffering you were, felt upset for not being able to give much as I was in such a mess but today is a new day!

Hope it continues to get better for you my friend, we always get through those nasty waves it in the end it just feels like endless darkness inside.

Keep up the bravery, you are coping so great! 💕

1998 forced on cipramil *no anxiety/depression background*

Over the years all kinds of SSRI/SNRI/antipsychotics/stabilizers due to apparently side effects/withdrawal

Many attempts to quit over the years with failure (extremely rapid taper followed by doctors' guidens)

Current attempt-Paxil 20 mg:

6/24 20 mg to 5 mg-severe AKA

9/24 Increase to 20-AKA continues

10/24 stopped completely-AKA out of control

11/24 Zoloft bridge attempt-25 mg to 75 mg+Seroquel-AKA continued-stopped them CT.

12/24 Back on Paxil 10mg (0.1789g)-some stabilization-from here tapered by about 30% each time (don't remember doses and dates).

2025 - 7.10 0.0558g (3.11mg)/7.11 3% 0.0541g (3.02mg)/4.12 1% 0.0535g (2.98mg)

Supplements:

Magnesium Glycinate - started 28.5.26 1 capsule 200mg in the morning - Increased brain fog and muscle stiffness - stopped after two weeks.

Ok thinking something may be going on here ,twice now that I've noticed ,I've been fairly sympton free this morning then took my liquid and blood pressure tablet together as usual at 09.00 ...and hour later symptons appear tights chest back and neck ,feeding thoughts ,I also noticed it the other day an hour later 🤔 ok plan of action for now before I go to weighing . Have returned to my original orange juice and have split my tablet which does have a line .So the solution will be 11ml instead of 22ml . Will also take blood pressure tablet at a different time . Look on SA said could be too much serotonin or if in withdrawal 😁 drug fluctuations. So we shall see its worth doing this just to see 🤞

So are they saying that if you have less of the drug to work with that the fluctuations wouldn’t be as big?

@Finni From what I gather its fluctuations within your dose you are taking. I don't believe with my method I am getting an accurate dose. Who knows though it could be any variant but I will try and be more accurate

As you can see by my thread, I’m always questioning the accuracy of my dose too.

Even though people keep telling me the weight is the most accurate way of measuring

I keep thinking it has to be something like a dose variation to cause these wild symptoms.

I think part of this is that our brain is looking for something to pin it all on

could be a dose thingy, but also in general withdrawal symptoms flactuates even in people that have CTd.

either way there is no 100% way, just stay as accurate as possible.

Do you prepare your dose a few days in advance or everyday at the same time?

@Beehive It's great that you have your finger on the pulse but in a moderate way.

As we know, getting fixated on where, why can only causes over-flaring so as you wisely said, check for a while and see where it goes.

I'm sorry you're still experiencing those symptoms, hopefully it will ease very soon 🩷

I’m with you.

For what it’s worth this is what I would do.

I’d not switch at all. Moving to a different format isn’t good when you are not stable anyway. Which I know you are not doing yet. Being on liquid is perfect for tapering at lower doses, when you get there.

What I would do, is make your dose daily and weigh the powder/tablet needed with scales. Consistency and fresh is best!

I’ll help with the maths if you need. 😀

Pleasure Beehive. Yes I realise. I think it would be best if it was fresh. Let me know if you want help how to achieve this and still maximise doses out of one pill if that’s what you want to do. X

Ok, yes no problems.

Can you weigh 10 tablets and divide by 10 to give me an average pill weight? :) I suspect you have done this already?
