I have really tight muscles in my solar plexus and ribs, and sometimes my chest that lasts a long time.

Those muscles can really lock in.

Yes it feels muscular it's my chest and round the back as well

I've also been plagued by many anxious thoughts and self judgments. I've been doing my best to just notice them and let them go by. Not easy but I try not to go down the rabbit hole, which just makes me feel so much worse, like gas on a fire.
