Do you have a pulse oximeter?

It’s the little gadget you put on your finger and it reads oxygen saturation?

Sometimes I make myself feel better just by checking that and then I see that I’m good and it’s comforting.

I’ve got big muscle tension going on in my torso today, too.

I want it to release so badly!

It also makes me cry which sometimes releases some tension ...yes i have one of those 74 pulse 99 oxygen

It’s possible. It was quite big 9.2%. As you get to the lower doses it’s often seen 10% is too much.

It is very coincidental that your issues started after the dental work.

Another factor is wd can be delayed in onset. So if you’ve been tapering at ~10% this whole time, it’s may have been a bit much, as you got lower, and those last few drops are catching up with you. It’s so hard to tell. It could be a bit of all of it.

Yeah, we’re feeling the intensity and the scary relentless stuff in our own bodies, and it feels more like a trap, but when we’re looking at other people, we don’t have that same “trap”

@Finni Yes you are right ,we see other journeys very clearly and rationally, ours have the internal turmoil and false beliefs . Maybe we should see ourselves and talk to ourselves as we would others ❤️

I was just thinking how much it would help if we could just be that nice calm witness to ourselves. I think there is a part of me that truly believes I will be better and can witness the very scared part of myself at the same time. I can be engulfed in intensity and a small part of me can be a benevolent observer. Some times, that is. That part of me that thinks I’m going to be OK can be just a tiny tiny thread sometimes.

It’s all such a journey that none of us ever could’ve prepared for so we’re learning along the way!

@Finni Yes we are still there ,and that's where we get our strength from . It's like being in the eye of a storm and watching it all from a viewpoint . The ferocity, the destruction going on around us ., but there we are standing in the middle waiting for the storm to pass 🙏

@Fullhealing @Finni Well that was a rough ride yesterday, plenty of healing going on there !...not sure of the time aboutv10 30 🤔 I could feel the symptoms still but it was like a strength came over me the anxiousness and fear left and I suddenly felt strong like I can do this ...I think I fell asleep about11.00 and woke at 05.00 . Woke with slight symptoms but they soon disappeared followed by the calmness like someone was saying you are going to be ok....feel a bit bruised from yesterday but I can't complain as I feel in control at the moment. I hope 🙏 @Fullhealing that things are settling for you as well ❤️
