I think he is right in as much as if a RI doesn't help at all and you think it may be irritating to your nervous system, there probably does become a point where a careful taper off is worth considering, bit like in poop out for example. It's why I am always nervous when people RI too high and then choose to hold, I think high dose RI can be very bad, when they come here I like to try to get them to reduce and get that drug lower as quickly as possible if they have not been back on it too long.Not sure this applies to you?
