March 8Mar 8 Author Morning all, back off a slightly shorter walk, zero energy and feel like s**t. I awoke after 3 hours broken sleep on a 0 so not much bloody change there. Now I got a Mate to empty my bits and bobs out of my car on Friday, now I couldn't go with him as I was in a horrific state, that grieved me but out of my power. Anyway I did ring the guy yesterday and he said he could fix it, but said he would get a price off the specialist and let me know!!!!!! He has already had the car a month!!! Cattle prodder up his arse needed!!!! But I am thinking the state I am in it's not mega at the MOMENT, so he also said the fix would be guaranteed 12month, SO I will hound him next week for the price. I did say my Motorbike had gone, so I NEED it!! The guy is in a world of his own. But anyway ALL car contents now in bungalow, so I am happy with that, but PWD, no nearer yet, I just seem to keep getting worse, so in a way everything else is on the far side lines anyway. If I am sounding confused, sorry, my brain is like a corrupted computer, making very little sense. So for now it's keep plodding. Gonna lie down for another hour, catch you later. Hey B Im glad you got your things back from your car. Yes he needs kick in the butt for sure! So frustrating when people don't do what they say they will do. No matter it will be sorted, and as you said not the biggest thing right now. Now you just need to do as you are and concentrate on healing. It's soooo slow I know! Wish it would speed up, but I truly believe this is as bad as it is because you are quietly making MASSIVE progress behind the scenes! At some point you will crawl out of the shell and see it! Its coming! Just gotta keep holding on for as along as it takes! We are all here right behind you the whole way! Chippy I’m not a medical professional and cannot offer medical advice. March 8Mar 8 Hi B Im Going to stay off now until my next update as I find talking about Symtoms actually makes me worse but I wanted to come on and share a link to Baylissas website. she has some spots next week for 50 minute coaching. It’s £100, but it may be the best money you’ve ever spent. She’s the OG coach and has coached over a thousand people and she always says ‘everyone heals.’ she can share some real hope with you as she’s seen it all and done it all from what I gather. I know it’s expensive and you may not be able to afford but just thought I’d share https://baylissa.com/sessions/ Rosie x - Compazine injury following surgery used as an anti nausea drug Feb 2023, led to agitation and racing thoughts - tried to cope med free, advised to start Prozac May 2023 20mg - made me worse but was told to persevere, believe I had an adverse reaction. - decided to taper after 6 months of use at 20mg. Went down over 14/15 months to 1.5mg. - February 2025 came off 1.5mg due to feeling good and didn’t know this would lead to such strong WD

March 9Mar 9 From what I've seen, and personally experienced, it's quite common to be treading water and not seeming to be improving at around this time. That doesn't change that many others who were in this position at around this time did go on to get better and recover. I believe that you will too, in time. Nothing I say is medical advice, it is simply my opinion. I am an anonymous person on an internet forum with no relevant qualifications other than being badly harmed by a drug. For all you know, I could be an idiot. You are making your own decisions and part of that is deciding how much to listen to my opinion, if at all. Perhaps you should consider this post an artistic work of fiction written for entertainment purposes. March 14Mar 14 Hey B, I have been sick and not able to get on the site for almost 2 weeks. I am sorry that you are back on a 0 trend but had that recent window too. This is still great progress! Things to help with sleep: 1) You can mix nutmeg with your choice of warm milk for an evening drink. 2) Another Ayurvedic hack for sleep is massaging the body or even from knees down to feet and elbows down to hands with jojoba oil (or calming Ayurvedic oils), which calms the nervous system. You can do this after a shower. Take the shower before bed as the warmer temperature then cooling off is key, which also brings about a parasympathetic response. I looked this up just now because Jonathan is very good at compiling and sharing information with others for their health. I often refer to his website for a lot of issues. https://lifespa.com/health-topics/sleep/ayurvedic-guide-best-sleep/#Ayurvedic_Sleep_Solutions_for_Just_Before_Bed Maybe I should post this in the coping strategies section! I know that this is wearing you down but you are stronger than the wave thinking on all levels: emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and physical. You will get past this crappy phase of your life. Keep having faith that God will see you through this.
