I'm trying to stay positive and using my coping tools but I feel this is taking a toll on me . I'm grieving the life that I had and thinking of all the mistakes I've made . I tried coming off these drugs so many times i just never did it the right way ( if only I knew back then what I know now ) . I have just a beautiful like and grateful for everything and I've always been a happy bubbly person . How the hell can these little pills do this 😞 sorry feeling discouraged today Hey Cheeky Im so sorry. Nausea is awful I hope this passes soon. Youre doing great and I hope your coping skills help you through this. What you said about life being great and always being happy. This was me too. I had and have such a fantastic life. February 19Feb 19 Hi @cheeky I am very sorry to read of your suffering, Nausea is also a classic one with Mirt wd I have lost count of the horrific nauseas mornings, almost every day. I found Moju Ginger shots, in a bottle I get from supermarket as good as anything to settle it. Also a little Bicarbonate of soda mixed with water. It's horrible is the nausea because it affects our mood as well, as there are even more serotonin receptors in the stomach. The brain and stomach are acutely connected, so yes I truly feel for you. Time is the one that heals us, stay strong and please stay safe, WE are with you all the way. Take care and wishing you well, B.🙏🤞🌷 2001-2021 Prozac 20mg 2020-2021 Tramadol 300mg 2022 April 15th Started Mirtazapine 15mg 2022 Sept 15 dropped to 7.5mg 2023 May 16th failed CT reinstated. 2023 June 30th tapering off 2025 Jan 7th Stopped all drugs.

February 23Feb 23 Author Okay so update yesterday actually ended up being a really good day. It's crazy how the day before I was in bed and I really wasn't feeling well and then I can wake up and have a really good day. Probably the best day from the last 11 days so I was so appreciative that I did a lot of cooking cleaning the house doing all the stuff to make my life easier when I am in a wave. Does anybody feel when they're in a window? They try to get a lot done to make their lives easier when they're in a wave because I feel like when I'm in a window I go crazy with cleaning and doing stuff to make up for the time that I can't do anything.. On Paxil since 1995. Seroquel added 2014 after withdrawal crash. History of too-fast tapers/reinstatements. 21 April 2025 taper two drugs at once Paxil 4% Seroquel 3.5% per monththat ended up being too much and changed to one drug at a time 13 Jul 2025: 4% Paxil cut29 Jul 2025: 5% Paxil cut 6 Aug 2025: began holdOct 2025: changed from liquid to powder and accidentally took 10x Seroquel dose for 2 weeks by mistake23 Oct 2025: returned to liquid with accidental 4.7% Seroquel cut Holding both drugs to stablizeHolding at Paxil 8.25 mg / Seroquel 6.5Paxil taper22/4 8.23 29/4 8.20 5/5 8.15 13/5 8.05 3/6 8 11/6 7.95

I do certainly try to make best of those better days cheeky. The unpredictable nature of it all is frustrating. I’m not a medical professional and cannot offer medical advice.
