one day at a time @Finni your making nice methodical choices now long term this will help but for the minute its the ups and downs of nervous system healing. Not nice though I know. 😞

It’s a challenge for sure. So up and down. But understanding the beast helps I think. 

Oh man, I think my brain is starting to detect that the little bit was reduced last night

I feel like I feel in the afternoons and evenings like something is missing for my brain and I’m more weepy that I usually am in the morning.

The floaty rocking sensations are intense like they are in the afternoon and evening although those sensations are sometimes present throughout most of the day.

I guess I still continue through the week at 14.7 mg? 
It’s such a scary process to wean or taper from an unstable place. Thank you for holding my hand.

Yes I would unless you think you are having a very bad reaction to the drop even then don’t extra little bits or anything will you. Stability is key you don’t want to start jumping around, nice and methodical.

If I do have a really severe reaction to 14.7 would I just go back to 15 the next night?

Imo only if it’s severe. You don’t want to start see sawing around. If there no change or some improvement stay where you are and give it a few days and then see how you are.

You need to judge this for yourself. Obviously you are not having a good time at the moment so don't forget that when analysiing things. It's learning to read your own body and symptoms and making that call. Ideally you want to stay here now.

@Finni you are getting in your head about this.... you have to give it time...the big thing here is not to have a knee jerk reaction.

The only way to figure this out is to just sit at this dose and see what the body will do .

Keep posting the hourly notes. 

Accept it might be a bit bumpy but it may get lead to a smooth road. Time and patience.
