June 30Jun 30 Author Well for the past 7 days or more in a row the early morning dread and cortisol surges have all but subsided. Sleep is ok and no all nighters for 2 weeks.Still getting random nausea and awful negativity / overwhelm together. If not nausea I feel really hungry but both nausea and hunger are felt in below belly button more small intestine area, not in stomach region. Burning parathaesia is a bit less often and intense. Have had more physical rest of late and less to do in general as I am pretty organised for my move now. The heavy lifting is all but done. I still feel very fragile, very tired, depressed and anxious but maybe things are easing a bit. Certainly not in a window yet, however I am hopeful and grateful for where I am. July 6Jul 6 Author Had an awful panic attack today that went for over 5 hours after someone else's bad news triggered me. I am just so sensitive at the moment. Feeling so alone in all this and just how much of a struggle it all is. I yearn for that cosy and safe feeling of comfort that I haven't had for so long. I don't what else to do to help myself heal. Too exhausted for too much extra self care. It is a catch 22. I am thinking I may start to make a fresh batch of liquid up every second day in case I am getting degradation over 4 days. I hope this helps stabilisation. I do notice it is not as bitter after second day. July 6Jul 6 4 hours ago, Tracey said:Had an awful panic attack today that went for over 5 hours after someone else's bad news triggered me. I am just so sensitive at the moment.Feeling so alone in all this and just how much of a struggle it all is. I yearn for that cosy and safe feeling of comfort that I haven't had for so long.I don't what else to do to help myself heal. Too exhausted for too much extra self care. It is a catch 22.I am thinking I may start to make a fresh batch of liquid up every second day in case I am getting degradation over 4 days. I hope this helps stabilisation. I do notice it is not as bitter after second day.I know it’s tough @Tracey . For me the best thing to do in regards to self care is accepting and allowing. I find this helps as a sense of safety comes not from doing (self care) but not reacting. Easier said than done. None of my sleep tools work consistently, think I have given up on them and just accept so I don't make it all worse. Valerian and passionflower in small liquid doses have a fairly obvious sedative effect but not so helpful if I am already in a highly activated state.
