Thank you everyone. Some things are easier, others much harder. I realised that moving was never going to be a magic wand.

New set of problems and challenges to deal with. My old place settled today, feeling very sad. So much I miss about it😢. Huge change and adjusting.

Feel so daunted and overwhelmed it is aggravating things a lot.

So my struggles continue which I was fully aware of. Not sure my family can give me the support I need. Big worry.

Sorry for negative post 😢🥰

Glad you can see some things are easier. Change is always hard and harder still when your cns is so sensitive. I hope some time you settle into things soon, the brain has a way of processing things and normalising everything. I remember when I moved. It was so exciting to live somewhere so different to where I was used to, sometimes however it was a little overwhelming. Now 4 Years on, it all feels very normal, like I have always lived here.

Well my grief and loss just keep going. My cat Maggie has s large tumour in her spleen. Tgis past week she has lost weight and not been eating much. Looking vert uncomfortable. Decided in a vet check today. She has never been sick. I rescued her 9 years ago after she was abandoned at a neighbours.

Tomorrow I will say goodbye. Vet coming to house. The mass could rupture at any time and she is in discomfort. Pain injection today has made her more comfortable.

Bit shocked and yet more loss to bear. It has to end soon 😢

Maggie is on my bed tonight quite content. 💚

Oh gosh @Tracey I'm so so sorry, how hard it is to say goodbye to beloved pet let alone in the process.

I hope you know how grateful she is for the good years you gave her and as hard as it is she will thank you for putting her out of her misery.

I am so sorry you are having to deal with this at such a difficult time but please don't forget how strong you are, the challenges thrown at you will not break you!

my heart is with you dear, sending lots of love 🩷🩷

Huge loss and change in so many levels.

I just want some peace and a settled cosy feeling. I haven't had that for months and months.

Not sure I have the strength to get through this. I feel so broken, anguished, exhausted, scared. My physical symptoms are much the same. Hot flushes, nausea, burning. The emotional symptoms are worst.

Why is this happening to me ? How will I ever have a life again. How much is tapering, how much is just me? Feeling pretty desperate.

Sitting with my cat Maggie this morning. Quiet quality time. 🙏
