Wish I could so more for you 😢

It is okay @Catbird your support on here is enough.

Some of my challenges I have to face alone.

Hope you are seeing some sun and you are settling with your symptoms. 💛

Thank you @Beehive , just read this now must have missed it.

Given me hope. Zero sleep last night. I feel so so sick today. Aching, burning, depression, anxiety, dread , exhaustion.

Not sure I have the strength but I have no choice but to keep on, one step at a time.

The last Mad in America interview on podcast wasn't helpful , it triggered me a bit.

Have to sign my sale contract today. This is monumental as you say. My choice to proceed with moving but I couldn't sit here and keep putting it off either. Maybe I have really taken on too much this time. Too much of an idealist.

Can't get out and walk so far today as the weather had turned and I can't face the elements as usual.

Sending strength to others, I know we are all having our struggles here. xx

So sorry for all the challenges you are going through @Tracey it may feel too much but here you are still continuing to cope with your incredible strength and moving forward, when the current hurdles are over things will take a different proportion and you will be in a much better place.

I truly admire your determination, you are amazing.

Much love to you 🩷

1998 forced on cipramil *no anxiety/depression background*

Over the years all kinds of SSRI/SNRI/antipsychotics/stabilizers due to apparently side effects/withdrawal

Many attempts to quit over the years with failure (extremely rapid taper followed by doctors' guidens)

6/24 20 mg to 5 mg-severe AKA

9/24 Increase to 20-AKA continues

10/24 stopped completely-AKA out of control

11/24 Zoloft bridge attempt-25 mg to 75 mg+Seroquel-AKA continued-stopped them CT.

12/24 Back on Paxil 10mg (0.1789g)-some stabilization-from here tapered by about 30% each time (don't remember doses and dates).

2025 - 7.10 0.0558g (3.11mg)/7.11 3% 0.0541g (3.02mg)/4.12 1% 0.0535g (2.98mg)

Supplements:

Magnesium Glycinate - started 28.5.26 1 capsule 200mg in the morning - Increased brain fog and muscle stiffness - stopped after two weeks.

Iron - liquid, quarter of recommended dose - increased anxiety and burning sensation - stopped after two weeks.

Saffron - started 8.7.26 1 capsule 30mg in the morning - pretty immediate improvement in terms of terror, body pain and sleep.

@Tracey thank you for stopping by and offering some kind words on my thread.

Dealing with pretty much anything ontop of withdrawal is so hard, try to give yourself grace and be kind to yourself while you deal with moving.

Nothing I say is medical advice, it is simply my opinion. I am an anonymous person on an internet forum with no relevant qualifications other than being badly harmed by a drug. For all you know, I could be an idiot. You are making your own decisions and part of that is deciding how much to listen to my opinion, if at all.

Perhaps you should consider this post an artistic work of fiction written for entertainment purposes.

Thank you Chippy and Fullhealing,

Same old stuff here, no sleep some nights , other nights some sleep. Slightest stress and organising my move sets me off.

I would be diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder if I went to a psychiatrist. Not going down that dead end track unless they were taper specialists !

I will be fairly scant in my time here and inconsistent as my move gets closer ( around 18 th July).

Will try to keep up, I don't get email notifications of threads here.

Wishing you all peace, healing, strength and hope. Keep the faith of this gruelling path. 💛💛😘🙏. xx

@Tracey Thinking of you and wishing you strength through this period. 🙏🏻❤️

My story: https://antidepressantrecovery.org/topic/87-marina-onoffonoff-zoloft-since-end-of-2020/

History:

• November 2020 - March 2022: 50 mg Zoloft (first WD - mostly mental symptoms)

• July and August 2022: psilocybin microdosing

• End of August 2022: medium dose psilocybin

• January 2023: reinstated Zoloft 50 mg (but probably experinenced adverse reaction/tolerance/poop-out)

• October 2024: started slow taper off Zoloft

• September 2025: switched to compounded capsules (second WD started - both physical and mental symptoms)

• June 2026: jumped off at cca 0,1 mg liquid

Symptoms:

Windows and waves pattern of healing.

In a wave:

• severe DP/DR - reality seems strange and creepy and I feel a disconnect from my life, myself, God and the world around me, deep depression, stuck in my head, disinterest for my previous hobbies and work, hopeless, intrusive thoughts, cortisol mornings...

• histamine intolerance, vision problems (eye floaters/VSS/light sensitivity), tinnitus, muscle twitches...

Hi @Tracey So sorry to hear your progress hasn't been sustained. I'm feeling agitated, exhausted, fatigued and intermitted abdominal and all over torso spasms. I feel very afraid and scared of the future. I know it will pass, but it sure feels very depleting and uncomfortable.

Although we're both suffering you have the stress of selling, moving, grieving in addition to dealing with WD and tapering. Thinking of you a lot 🤗💕

Oh @Tracey feeling you deeply, I can barely write, talk, communicate with the terrible brain fog, fears, catastrophe, all the crap that WD brings but remember even though our mind is chemically affected blocking everything positive and crushes our bodies it doesn't take away the inner strength that always manages to carry us forward.

you have coped so far and you will continue to survive, when the cloud clears things will look and feel completely different so please hold on and don't lose faith.

Wishing you much easier moments ahead, sending my love xxx
