May 25May 25 Author Thanks @Marina , @Catbird , @Chippy , @Nemina , @Fullhealing . Well what a mess I am. I feel like I have dementia. This is just cruel. I know it is aggravated by my circumstances but they won't change right now. I am wandering around in a daze, everyday tasks are so hard and I so slow. Have an offer on my property already which I have accepted. Subject to a few things so not certain. Move could be end of July. In a state of panic, overwhelm, dread. Burning heart, tingling, bad sleep and waking. How long can I endure without collapsing? I have to keep going. My negative brain won't allow hope or peace or anything. I know many of is are battling with crippling symptoms here so we are not alone. But gee does it feel lonely. Wishing everyone some peace. @Catbird I am moving to Warrnambool on the coast in Victoria. xx More oxygen in the air than here. I live at 1000m altitude currently. May 25May 25 I wish I could give you a hug @Tracey 🥺❤️ You can do this! My story: https://antidepressantrecovery.org/topic/87-marina-onoffonoff-zoloft-since-end-of-2020/History:• November 2020 - March 2022: 50 mg Zoloft (first WD - mostly mental symptoms)• July and August 2022: psilocybin microdosing• End of August 2022: medium dose psilocybin• January 2023: reinstated Zoloft 50 mg (but probably experinenced adverse reaction/tolerance/poop-out)• October 2024: started slow taper off Zoloft• September 2025: switched to compounded capsules (second WD started - both physical and mental symptoms)• June 2026: jumped off at cca 0,1 mg liquid Symptoms:Windows and waves pattern of healing. In a wave:• severe DP/DR - reality seems strange and creepy and I feel a disconnect from my life, myself, God and the world around me, deep depression, stuck in my head, disinterest for my previous hobbies and work, hopeless, intrusive thoughts, cortisol mornings...• histamine intolerance, vision problems (eye floaters/VSS/light sensitivity), tinnitus, muscle twitches...
