Not sure on the car count. Been driving since I could so 17. Alot of cars and vans since then! Maybe not as many as you though!

Thanks @Chippy jolly good, No I have had too many really, but Bikers are all very similar in changing regular. We

seem to just get an urge for the next one. The perfect bike doesn't exist, we just keep wanting to change, then

when purchased  we are already thinking of the next one. Expensive hobby, I need my health back an a well paid job.

Just a PIPE DREAM at the moment.

Take care,           B.👍

  • Thanks bud. Ups and downs.    Slept ok. 5 hours straight then another choppy 1.5-2. Feel rested. Heads burning again.    Yesterday felt tired all day. No burning brain. There’s a pattern

    I agree! Enjoy the summer-window! Can you go swimming? If I’m able to go, I can feel that it somehow does me good every time. I have read about people doing cold plunges for withdrawal symptoms. To me

This is very true mate. I always wanted something else. I had some great bikes. Looking back I would say my favourites:

Honda CB1000R, Prob the best bike I had. Comfy around town and could tuck in and ride a bit more spiritedly too.

Honda CBR600RR, So smooth and easy to ride and looked really good.

Ducati 848, bit of an handful but lovely bike sounded great!

Think I might want something a with a bit more legs on it later or perhaps another CB1000R. Hard to beat that thing. Not sure if I will ride again. I suspect so one day but....

Yes it’s a familiar story mate. I’ve been up at 4am for a few weeks now. Used to get up 7am earliest most my life. Peaceful time of to day though. Wish we all slept a bit better though. We will in time.

I've always been an early riser and even then I could probably have counted on two hands how many times in my life I'd been awake from 3:30/4am for no reason before Mirtazapine.

Hi Chippy! So good to see you here! I'm so glad we all found a place to land after saying goodbye to SA. Honestly, that was super sad for me. Glad we can continue and take care of business. ☺️♥️🌻

Sept 1993 Began paroxetine 20 mg for anxiety and depression- worked like a charm.

1st taper - Aug 1995 tapered over 3 weeks before getting pregnant- great at first, crashed at one month. White knuckled it through 2 miscarriages. Spring 1996 (?) Reinstated paroxetine 20 mg.

2nd taper- Spring 2008 tapered off paroxetine over 4 months. Summer 2008 crashed horribly, nearly incapacitated by WD; Summer 2008-Summer 2009 tried 4 different ADs, none as effective as paroxetine.  Summer 2009 Reinstated 20 mg paroxetine, not as effective as previously.

3rd taper- Jun 19, 2019 began 10 mg paroxetine, 10 mg fluoxetine for one week. Jun 26 20 mg fluoxetine, 5 mg paroxetine for one week. Jul 3- 20 mg fluoxetine + lorazepam (0.5 mg) as needed up to 2x/day. Aug 12- 30 mg fluox; Sept 3- .5 mg clonazepam daily; end lorazepam; Sept 5- 40 mg fluox;

End of 2019- returned to paroxetine 20 mg/day most of the year, 30mg/day in the winter.

BEGIN 4th TAPER ATTEMPT: Jul 13 2025- 30 -> 25 mg; 10 Sept -> 22.5mg;  3 Oct -> 20 mg; 10 Oct -> hold 2 weeks; 2 Nov -> 19.5 mg; 9 Nov -> 19 mg; 16 Nov -> hold 1 week; 22 Nov -> 18.6 mg; 30 Nov -> 18.2 mg; 7 Dec -> hold 1 week; 14 Dec -> 17.8 mg; 21 Dec -> 17.5 mg; 28 Dec -> 17.1 mg; 4 Jan 2026 -> 16.7 mg -> hold 2 weeks ; 28 Jan -> 16.4 mg; 1 Feb -> 16.0 mg; 8 Feb -> 15.7 mg; 15 Feb -> hold 2 weeks; 1 Mar -> 15.5 mg; 8 Mar -> 15.2 mg; 15 Mar -> hold; 5 Apr -> 14.9.

Hi @Chippy One bit of bad news I got before I went in supermarket, my mobile pinged and it was

Just got a new sick note as well until 3rd/3rd. We are just NOT SEEN as sick, when we know nothing

Hey Bud

Not Good or bad. Bit tired got 5.5 hours straight again. So certainly in a new phase here aren’t it.

Felt ok and not ok yesterday. Sometimes I feel like all this last month has been progress but in terms of how I actually feel it often feels like a side step. Hard to say. Ultimately it’s moving in a direction just so slow.

That @Chippy is the infuriating bit, SLOW. You are further in than me and still things are slow, but you

have noticed improvement which is good. Keep slowly plodding Bud.

Hey Mate

Im ok bud. Slept fine. 6 hours straight through. Would love a bit more but we mustn’t be greedy. 🤷‍♂️ Honestly grateful for the shift. Much better. Time will fix the rest.

Yesterday was ok. But nauseous in the morning but still a 6/10 then 7 then it just pushed into 8 in the evening.
Ive been feeling some shifts this last month. I’ve not mentioned them as I could really describe them. Subtle. Like last night I felt like I was coming back online slightly. Like I could feel a sense of good to alive. Subtle but there.
