Morning @Chippy how's it going mate? have you recovered any yet? I am hoping you are lifting

out of this one now, keep gently plodding mate.

Take care,          B.🤞👍

Morning bud

Yeah not too bad mate. Slept ok. About 6 hours but did wake briefly at some point told myself to ignore the call of nature and back to sleep. Managed to drop off and gave a choppy 2.5 hours after that. So that was cool. But if extra rest. 👍

Was good yesterday. 6/7 then 7/8 by the end of the day. Zero burning brain. Happy days. Did have a bit of weird cortisol chest kinda energy yesterday morning. Like mild anxiety or something. It’s odd. Had it couple of weeks back. Odd. Also after my walk my digestion felt like I’d eaten rocks. Weird. I have all sorts of weird things going on if I’m honest I never talk about as they are quite mild.

Not sure about today. But early to tell if the sleep reset has caused the Burning again or not.

Cheers mate

  • Thanks bud. Ups and downs.    Slept ok. 5 hours straight then another choppy 1.5-2. Feel rested. Heads burning again.    Yesterday felt tired all day. No burning brain. There’s a pattern

I agree! Enjoy the summer-window! Can you go swimming? If I’m able to go, I can feel that it somehow does me good every time. I have read about people doing cold plunges for withdrawal symptoms. To me

9/24 Increase to 20-AKA continues

10/24 stopped completely-AKA out of control

11/24 Zoloft bridge attempt-25 mg to 75 mg+Seroquel-AKA continued-stopped them CT.

12/24 Back on Paxil 10mg (0.1789g)-some stabilization-from here tapered by about 30% each time (don't remember doses and dates).

Hey @Chippy, I am happy to hear that you had a good weekend! It is so wonderful to get some rest and feel well for a while. Maybe you should check your Screen Time a bit, maybe you find a connection between the burning headaches and the time that you spend on your computer? (assuming that you spend a bit less time on the weekends)

I know it is of nobody’s interest here to have you cut down on your screen time 😉but it’s everybody’s concern that chippy is doing well! ❤️

Morning mate

Okish bud. Slept 5.5 hours straight again. Woke for a bathroom visit. Then 3 hours of micro vivid dream sleep. Wake. Roll over. Back to sleep. Like the old days. But I could tell it’s was non restorative again. Yuk. So good rubbish all at once.

Yesterday 6/10 dropped to maybe 5/10. Burning brain back. Not the worst but not good.

I was saying to my wife on Saturday it feels like I’m getting there on those 8/10 days. Like I can’t imagine feeling bad again I felt so decent. Then next day crash well not crash but backwards. Just gotta ride those waves for as long as it takes.

Morning Mate

Not my best sleep. 6 hours mainly. But broken. Woke up hot after a vivid dream after 3.
A few bits after all this but nothing much really. 🤔 up and down like a yo yo this healing business.

Yesterday not too bad. No burning brain. Every other day for over a week now. 🤷‍♂️

6/10 lifting 7 then 8. Really decent by the end of the day and back to my ‘I’m getting there mood’. Back to licking my wounds a little this morning but I’ll be ok.

@Chippy, what I remember from Oliver is those poor kids eating alot of porridge! I liked the music though, so if that was in cockney accents that's nice!

Not the best at the moment. Slept okish but woke tired still. Think I’ve hit a bit of wave again. Par for the course though.

Yes @Chippy I am afraid I can very easily believe it after the living hell we go through.

The bloody drugs have NEVER been fit for human consumption. FAR too many UNKNOWNS.

Infuriating how people have been misled into taking such poisons. REGRET all the way.
