Yes @Chippy I am afraid I can very easily believe it after the living hell we go through.

The bloody drugs have NEVER been fit for human consumption. FAR too many UNKNOWNS.

Infuriating how people have been misled into taking such poisons. REGRET all the way.

Keep your mind good as you do, and keep plodding mate.

Take care,      B.🤞

Thanks mate. I will do my best!

Hey bud

Yeah I’m ok thanks. Sleeps back to baseline. 5.5 decent hours 0 after just wide awake.

Yesterday was better than I’d expected was a 6/10 by the time I’d sorted myself out a bit. Bit nauseous first thing. I sometimes get this I’m guessing cortisol response. Like in my chest above my rib cage. Burns off in the morning. Not always.
By end of the day easy a 7. No burning brain. Wasn’t too bad.

yo-yo my way out of this maybe….

Morning mate

Sitting at my sleep baseline. 6 hours solid good sleep. Not enough still and 2 years of poor sleep but a massive improvement. I’ll take it.

Yesterday started ok. 6/10 but felt kinda rough by the end. A lot of burning brain. Had that strong feeling in chest again. Almost like anxiety but in my chest. Never felt anything like it before in my life. Feels strong and chemical. You know that typical over top wd type thing. Went quickly but it seems it’s a new symptom. Oh well. I’m hoping it’s not a big deal and just hovers in the background.

Feeling pretty optimistic though.

Well @Chippy Change I think is taking place, this is good. Feeling optimistic, again this is good.

Burning brain isn't good, I hope that's on the way out for you Bud. I have seen that on many posts.

I normally get an un-shiftable headache, one where 2 paracetamol do nothing. PWD gremlins.

So yes wishing you all the best mate, I hope your day picks up.🤞

That's sounding GOOD @Chippy 7 hours sleep!!!!!!!!!!!!! hell I can't even dream of that.🤣

So yes 8-9 is not far of perfect, remember, long before ANY drugs it's life's norm to have

good and bad days, that's life. If someone was ALWAYS happy we thought they were ON something.🤔

Yes mate. Feeling good about it. 👍Remember that my rating isn’t a rating of my mood but my symptoms. So 10 is no symptoms at all. I could be having a bad day still and I’m a 10 if that makes sense. 😀

Slight burning brain is lifting a little. 🤞

Hi @Chippy Oh right mate, I class it on mood mainly, because if I have any symptoms my mood

will be s**t if you get my drift, so yes I understand you, but life ALWAYS has symptoms of one thing

or another especially when we are older. Not often the perfect day so as to speak. So yes symptoms

from PWD then are maybe clearer seen the American way 0 being no pwd symptoms.

Each to their own, all I know is if symptoms are BAD, I am BAD as in  -0, if I am bouncing GOOD I am 10/10 zero symptoms

Apologies for the ramble Chippy, WAVE mind.

Morning mate

Having a side way shuffle at the moment.

ok sleep. Woke after an hour thinking it might be 5/6 hours but no, back to sleep after. Then again 4.5 after that to a very vivid stressful dream. Then a few bits after including probably an hour of decent sleep after that. Feel a bit wobbly but happy for all the sleep. Just messy.

Yesterday was ok apart from the BB. Every other day for 2 weeks now. Not sure today isn’t going to break that streak as it feels a bit like it might be still here. But that would be 2 days in a row which would buck that trend.

I accept and move on bud. One day it will be all ok but we know the path to healing only too well don’t we.

Just plodding along as ever my friend.

Slept 4.5+ hours straight. Maybe close to 5. Then got another 4 hours broken up. Pretty deep in places. Honestly a surprise but I’ll take it. Far from back to normal though.

Yesterday not good or bad. Had a burning brain a lot but not consistently. I think 6/10. Maybe lifted to 7/10 in the evening.
