Morning mate

Thanks B appreciate it. Slept alright. About 6.5/7 woke up once but ignored the call for nature and sent back to sleep.
Feel a bit rested. Heads no great right this second. Frustrating.

Yesterday wasn’t great but not the worse. Head pressure was the issue. Got a big worse as the day went on. Felt fairly fed up by the evening. Ground hog day really. It’s all good. Time and patience gets the job done.

Cheers bud in sure I will. These things can take a long time as we know. If the head pressure would go I’d be not too bad in general.

Yesterday okish. 7/10. Felt pretty rough on my walk the cold and wind was horrible on my face and head.

Chippy. I have thought I’ve heard it stated here, by who I dont recall, it can take  some folks with unusual circumstances  taking exceedingly longggg times to stabilize when they cut their dose. Do you recall the lengths of time for some of those folks. I’m thinking given what I’m experiencing and after talking with Horowitz I might be one of those people where each cut rocks my boat.

Slept ok. 5.5-6 straight. Nothing after at all so I’m up a bit earlier than usual. Not feeling too clever but I’m glad the pattern continues…..

Yesterday felt great in the morning really rested. But the burning brain returned pretty quickly. It’s a really sticky symptom this and nothing seems to help it. Even 8 hours sleep apparently. Frustrating. Lots more time needed I suspect. Gotta keep that acceptance flowing.

Hey Pokey. There’s no set timeline for this. I’ve seen some take many months  to stabilise especially if their nervous system is very dysregulated.

Morning mate

Slept ok again 6 hours. Got a tad more on an off after I think. So definitely sleep has now changed to this routine. Odd isn’t it after all this time. Healing happens. Could do with a bit more to be normal again but happy with the change. Heads burning right now. I don’t judge until later though once I’ve woken properly and eaten etc

Yesterday wasn’t good or bad. Felt a tatty 6/10. Head wasn’t burning but not perfect either. Think I felt a bit tired all day. It seems the burning brain is more likely when I feel rested. It’s always been like this. I don’t know why.

Glad my sleep is improving not glad my head burns.

Thanks for the reassurance mate it’s appreciated. I’ve seen things improve so I know this will too. Feels like like I’ve been beaten up sometimes. Like a physical injury. Like inflammation or something. It’s not good. But I trust it will heal.

Morning mate

Not such a good sleep last night. Hypnic jerks were back making sleep difficult. Was ok got to sleep in the end. Then I woke early. Maybe 4 hours but light somehow. Bathroom visit. Then 3 broken grateful hours after. So not awful but not good. Feeling it this morning.

Yesterday felt pretty good. Only major thing was the burning brain just up and down all day. Apart from that I was really decent.
