I know I stopped last year and it was fine, but the timing lines up strongly with my new withdrawal symptom flare up and all of you have recommended against me stopping it.I stopped on march 26th and the flare up started on april 2nd. I tend to agree tbh. It’s been a month. So be a bit cautious and try 5mg (10%). Give it a week or two and see how it goes. Can always increase if needed. If you get a lot worse stop it. Starting this month since the flare up began. Late 2020 stop Effexor 350mg in 2 months by psychiatrist. Withdrawal and new disability (functional reflux/ibs)Late 2021 stop abilify on my own.
