August 6Aug 6 Author Update 06.08.26Body aches - almost gone for a while.Head/sinus pressure - still though less frequent.Nerves jumping - getting worse.Digestion - still very bad for the most part.Stomach aches and bloating - still experiencing sharp pains but decreasing significantly (unlike on full dose which was almost a daily thing) Bloating though, persistent.Burning sensation - still severe flare-ups, maybe a little less, hard to say.Tinnitus - constant and mostly very loud.Food sensitivities - pretty much the same.Allergies - worseningSensitivity to light and noises.Extreme dryness in nasal cavities.Mentally - the worst.. zero motivation, extreme fatigue along with inner restlessness, doom, terror, catastrophe, irrational fears, strange phobias, intrusive thoughts, paranoia, all still very present from morning throughout the day but with a noticeable improvement in the evening.Sleep - usually between 7 and 9 hours although due to lack of routine and wild hormones sleep has been reversed so my sleep cycle is off, sleep quality is pretty good, still have vivid dreams and hallucinations but much less.Supplements:Saffron as I updated caused a blistering rash so I stopped after almost two weeks.CBD vape liquid, tried for a few days, hard to say if it had an effect one way or the other but anyway, decided to put my adventures aside for now and let the body heal cleanly, no more dosage games until significant improvement in all respects. I am very sorry to hear this, I hope this updose has helped. Do you think it has? xxxxxThanks a lot @Chippy it's only been 3 days but there's been an immediate improvement in terms of sleep, the constant hallucinations and nightmares that almost reached madness have decreased by 70%, burning sensation by 30% as well as the allergies/histamine but the whole chemical salad like paranoia, phobias, depression, SI that have taken on a frightening volume in the last two weeks is still sitting strong.I definitely bite off more than I could chew, I also didn't calculate correctly and reduced by 21.2% which is pretty crazy let alone under 5 mg but I really thought it was a paradoxical reaction and I would feel relief.. it might be kindling..!? don't know really, my brain is such a mess.Anyway my strategy is to stay at the same dose however long it takes until I reach a massive long-term improvement. Those low doses are such a tough nut to crack!I think my biggest issue was the anticipatory anxiety of not knowing what life would be like after almost nine years taking Paxil. Even at the very small doses, there was a certain comfort knowing I was still taking it, even if it wasn't of any real benefit. I tried to adopt the mindset that "Its okay to feel okay" and let my feeling and emotions come back naturally. It was a struggle but I made it, just like you will!
