Sending you some loving thoughts, my strong friend…

I hope for few errors and lots of success with your experiments!

I tried lithium for a short while, but it was activating for me.

Saffron is an interesting one, have you seen this ?

Money seems to be an issue with this supplement, I still would be curious. Let us know how it goes!

I wish you a peaceful night

Thanks so much stopping by for sharing the links @Nemina looks interesting but long and my concentration is still very challenged. will definitely have a deep look when my brain functions a little better.

Would appreciate knowing if you feel like on you experience with LO, what dosage, how long and in what sense did you feel activated? I saw a lot of mixed reviews, very hesitant about this one honestly.

Regarding saffron price, I assume you mean pure? blew my mind to see that this is the most expensive spice in the world which is obviously not to my pocket but in capsules it's relatively cheap, my brand at least, anyway it's still in check although up to now no side affects with positive boost, could be it placebo tho, hope I am wrong..

Peaceful night to you as well dear, hope you're doing ok 💜

Hello my dear I have been looking for the lithium and found it. I cannot remember when I took it, it was in withdrawal, I think, but it might have been quite at the beginning. It was lithium orotate 1000mcg. They come in capsules that you cannot split so I must’ve taken a whole one. I’m sure I haven’t taken more. I have been feeling agitated by them. I would not try them again.

Wishing you a peaceful day! I am feeling very nervous and shaky today and also depressed. But as always: this, too, will pass…. Sending you strength and a big hug.💙

Thank you for answering @Nemina I'm putting it aside for now, something doesn't feel right and I don't want to overload my fragile system any further, I'll first wait and see how it goes with the saffron, early days there.

So sorry you're not feeling well but you know how strong you are and this too will pass, hopefully very soon!

Much love 💕

Update 16.07.26

Well definitely less extreme since starting saffron and a 20% reduction, can't really put into words how bad it was and it's a shame I didn't update before as of course things get forgotten along the way but I remember so well how the deep depression, cortisol, anxiety, terror and sleep hallucinations including a creaking and painful body were intense and continuous.

Last week:

Depression - present but much less intense.

Anxiety - less, more communicative in general, can be more active here without entering a spiral of irrational fear, which just felt absolutely impossible.

Burning sensation/rapid pulse/difficulty breathing/body aches - 80% improvement.

Digestion - a little better.

Tinnitus - same severity, very loud.

Sleep - almost no sleep hallucinations but sleep itself is still crappy with a lot of awakening.

Forgot to mention allergy attacks with skin flare-ups - no improvement there.

Overall, there is a significant improvement in terms of physical stuff, mentally improving, feeling more grounded and positive, still far from good just better than hell..

Still stuck at home and not working so much much work to do but 1 day at the time.

Let's see how things moving, hopefully not placebo 🤞

will try to update daily so I don't get lost.

Main reason is massive worsening after dosage and fear of reaction with saffron since it also works on serotonin.

Yesterday evening as well as this morning not great but makes a lot of sense in light of the quite big changes, still better tho than the horror of the last month especially in terms of pain and burning sensation.

Hope you're preparing well and doing relatively fine dear @Tracey stay safe 🩷

I admit it was mixed with a bit of desperation, looking at the % now and I'm a little shaken by my audacity.. just hope it doesn't turn out to be a stupid move that I'll pay for with interest but doing my best not to dig to deep and flow with the changes.

Well you seemed to have responded positively to it. You may get some WD after, but it might be worth to cost as clearly the body wanted the drug load down. Tough one to navagate that. Just gotta dial into the symtoms and try to read the signals I think. Very personal judgement call that one.

Frankly I am over the moon it's helped. I didn't know there was a pattern of reacting after your dose. It is good you picked up on it. xxxxx

Reaction was there for quite a while but it was hard to connect the dots until last month when I flared up with a burning sensation = aka immediately after dosing, in retro it might have been wiser to go down by only 10% but again, the concern with saffron..

Anyway, what's done is done, I think what's at play now is mainly anxiety stemming from doubts and other symptoms that are likely to be as part of the process and hormonal issues.

Still experiencing improvement in terms of general pain, that's something! I'll hold on to it.

Thanks so much for always being so supportive @Chippy 🤍

17.07.26

The flare-ups immediately after dosing have decreased significantly since the reduction but it seems that the relief in the relatively wide range of symptoms is decreasing a bit.

Still significant physical improvement, the headaches, body aches and sinus pressure have stopped since then but the tinnitus is increasing.

The burning sensation returned today but less intense.

Mood, it has been relatively calm all week but today there was a depressive dip as well as a fairly long anxiety including harsh intrusive thoughts.

Well, some kind of rebound is likely to hit after the changes, nasty chemicals are very wild and unhappy so we'll see.

@Fullhealing . You are doing great. I admire how you are handling everything that you are dealing with including your country issues. You are very strong person. You will get there. Keep moving forward....

08/01/2009- Klonopin 1mg, but took only .25mg when needed, and end up taking every day for 3 years. 08/01/2012 - Paraxotine 20 mg

12/2024- reinstated 5mg (.0740g)after cold turkey. First tapering 07/01/2025 = 1.2% , 09/01/2025 - another 1.4%. 10/01/2025- 4.79mg (.0716g) holding until further notice........04/17/26 resumed taper 0714g (4.78mg). 05/20/2026- .0712g (4.76mg, .28% cut). 06/09/2026- .0708g (4.73mg .56% cut). 06/30/2026 - .0706g (4.72mg .33%). 07/28/2026 - .0700g (4.68mg, .85%).09/01/26 - .0698g (4.66mg, .29%).

Bless you @Raymond you doing amazing yourself despite the recent bumps, well done warrior! and thanks God it's relatively quiet here in our tiny 🔥 country in terms of Iran at least, no more flare-ups needed.

Hope you have a great weekend, symptom-free as possible.

Slept 7 hours like a dead with one awakening to 🚽. note that my sleep in general has improved dramatically in recent days, though there are still awakenings with strange dreams, there's no more cortisol awakenings or terrifying sleep hallucinations, also managed to add extra sleep during the day between 1 and 3 hours.

Still, all this improvement is occurring inside my cocoon, barely going out except for what is necessary and there, it's very challenging, still extremely sensitive to stress, noises and general interaction with people.

Morning has just begun but on the brighter side, there is no body pain or catastrophe although there is a kind of internal restlessness that exists in varying degrees throughout the whole process, as if I am always walking on broken glass, as for the now it's not that strong.

We will see how the day unfolds.

Although I always make sure to have vegetables at every meal, greens are not my strong suit, so added very respectable amount to the daily menu for the last week such as celery, parsley, cilantro, dill that already in my fridge for my rabbit lol so why not? certainly a positive value that is difficult to get without supplements which I don't take.

Continued update 18.7.26 21:30pm

Not a bad day in my little cocoon..

Mood was relatively stable, without fluctuations, quite positive, I slept two hours during the day, pretty good sleep.

Noticeable improvement today in terms of intrusive thoughts and my very loud tinnitus, now they are barely there.

Body is still kept pain-free, digestion today was also better.

Still a bit on edge, very sensitive to noises, my brain is having trouble concentrating and processing information although less.

So again, in my cocoon I am getting better but tomorrow I intend to try to work a little after a long break as well as take care of the outside errands that were postponed too long so we will see how I cope there.

Overall excellent improvement compared to the last constant hellish month, although not long enough to know if it is the saffron that gives a positive kick, in any case I was very afraid of an abyssal dive after the big reduction but it seems that it is only getting better, I hope it continue, if not, we'll deal with what comes.
