Are you able to drive?

Sitting around waiting for the “other shoe to drop” so to speak, isn’t helping. If you can have a change of scenery or take a shower or be with someone who is a nice presence for you, that would be great 🌞

I just wanna get back on my med I didn't wanna lose my entire life. I dont wanna lose my 20s cause of a dumb mistake and I worry I wont ever feel the same. I worry reisntament bc it kindled it wont help me. I just wish I knew what do. I don't wanna do this and I don't wanna see what happens next so I cry closing my eyes hoping the scary stuff will be gone. I'm a scary cat

You’re doing exactly what you need to be doing. There’s nothing to figure out.

Now the name of the game is to distract distract, distract, distract yourself as much as you can! Get out of your head as much as you can! Get physical and get out of your head.

Change your direction of thought by seeing this as an opportunity to grow as a person. We have a choice, to see hardship as a stepping stone (to better things, like developing kindness, empathy, understanding compassion for others, etc) or as a stumbling block.

Trials make us stronger if we allow them to.

I just wanna heal in months not years and I worry ill start to get worse on 20mg cause it's so high. Could we talk some more you talking to me has really helped. Also you have a daughter that's nice i don't know if ive been clear but im also a women and im just very emotional type person espically with health stuff

It doesn’t sound like you’re having any troubling physical symptoms right now, which is wonderful. It does sound like your emotions and anxiety are heightened as you are recalibrating.

Just do what you can today to bring some joy and peace into your world.

You can’t control all of this by trying to predict what’s going to happen

The odds are in your favor that you are going to be just fine!

Here are the side effects I have

Ever since getting back on the medication i suffer with
Fragmented bad sleep (wake up sweaty sometimes)

I have paerthsia (like stings on limbs) but it was very rare for awhile until recently its flared back up

I get bad brain fog sometimes

i get this like buggy eye thing where like its hard to focus but again i think its cause i cry alot lkke everyday
Stomach issues (cramping and quezey sometimes that can last hours and feel sore alotta gas) but that only happens once In a blue moon lol
Aching (super rare lately)
Joint pains (super rare lately)
Tired limbs 
Stiff joints ( I do cry like alot so that might be why)
Fast heart rate (high anxiety)

They'll come more often as your CNS stabilizes if you give it a chance. Oddly enough, windows become less noticeable as your recovery progresses because your brain recognizes them as normal--and that's a good thing.

Hey @Jacky Rose

You're doing everything right by reinstating. I truly believe you will recover and have good 20s. Time will pass regardless so just keep on this path and continue that taper every month. It will slowly but surely get better.
