April 17Apr 17 I am so sorry for your suffering @Jacky Rose but your system has undergone very sharp changes so it is not surprising that you feel this way, the beauty is that we have a wise and adaptive system and it will eventually find balance.Your mindset is now very affected and cloudy (something we have all gone through and are still are due to the influence of these chemicals) so fear, despair and all the terrible mental salad that results from this are an integral part of the process and though there is no way to say exactly when it will balance, it will happen for sure.In the meantime, patience and acceptance work can greatly facilitate, it is hard work but it will serve you well regardless at every stage in your life. You are young, this is a huge advantage, your body is stronger and can absorb hard blows and know how to recover well from them.Hang in there, we are here for you. 1998 forced on cipramil *no anxiety/depression background*Over the years all kinds of SSRI/SNRI/antipsychotics/stabilizers due to apparently side effects/withdrawalMany attempts to quit over the years with failure (extremely rapid taper followed by doctors' guidens)Current attempt-Paxil 20 mg:6/24 20 mg to 5 mg-severe AKA9/24 Increase to 20-AKA continues10/24 stopped completely-AKA out of control 11/24 Zoloft bridge attempt-25 mg to 75 mg+Seroquel-AKA continued-stopped them CT.12/24 Back on Paxil 10mg (0.1789g)-some stabilization-from here tapered by about 30% each time (don't remember doses and dates).2025 - 7.10 0.0558g (3.11mg)/7.11 3% 0.0541g (3.02mg)/4.12 1% 0.0535g (2.98mg)2026 - 3.1 1.5% 0.0526g (2.93mg)/9.1 8.5% 0.0480g (2.68mg)/16.2 1.8% 0.0470g (2.62mg)/21.3 1% 0.466 (2.60mg)/23.4 2.2% 0.455g (2.54mg)/8.7 21.7% 0.0356.5g (2mg)/15.8 updose by 11.7% 0.0400g (2.23mg)Supplements:Magnesium Glycinate - started 28.5.26 1 capsule 200mg in the morning - Increased brain fog and muscle stiffness - stopped after two weeks.Iron - liquid, quarter of recommended dose - increased anxiety and burning sensation - stopped after two weeks.Saffron - started 8.7.26 1 capsule 30mg in the morning - pretty immediate improvement in terms of terror, body pain and sleep.

Everything you're afraid of is just a "what if" game playing over and over in your mind. Focusing on these "what ifs" is keeping you from practicing what you need to do to recover. Every day, every hour, every minute you spend asking yourself if you'll ever recover is time you could spend working on ways to recover. You're not too weak to get through this, but your anxious mind wants you to think you are so you stay right where you are. If you want to recover, decide that's what you're going to and start looking for ways to deal with your thoughts instead of focusing on fears you'll never get through this. Once you do that, you will be making real progress. You can do this! April 17Apr 17 What makes you say nobody is improving? Look at the stories in the Success Stories forum. Lots of people have recovered or are well on their way. You can be one of them if you give yourself the chance. You can go back on the meds but they aren't a "cure" for anxiety. They might mask your feelings for a while but eventually you run the risk of hitting tolerance, and you'll either have to increase the dose or take another med. The only really effective way to deal with anxiety is by practicing coping methods, and you can't do that while convincing yourself you'll never feel better. April 18Apr 18 Reinstating is a smart move. You mentioned how people aren't getting "better". I think a lot of what you see is grief from what the withdrawal has caused people to lose. That's the main theme of my thread. Who knows how long withdrawal actually lasts but it seems the first 6 months to 12 months can be catastrophic. I just was looking for awnsers if the reinstmatent will most likely make sure I won't reach worser side effects of wothdrawl. Most side effects I have are the ones caused by the reinstamtne taka kindling. I know your brain is recalibrating from the changes and it feels different, but you will feel like yourself again.
