Sometimes when we make “mistakes” , we think we need to do more and more to “fix” it, but really we need to do LESS and try not to focus on it.

I know your brain is recalibrating from the changes and it feels different, but you will feel like yourself again. Try to do what you can to reengage with the things you enjoy. ☀️

Thank yoy and that means alot to me. I guess I'm just scared I can't fix things or we'll I guess what I've done is unfixable. I worry that the reinstatment can't change my future, and I'm so happy your here for me and helping me through this it means so much to me. I just wanna stablize on my current dose and hopefully get back up to 60mg if possible but stablizing in general is what I want so my brain recognizes my meds. I've heard 20mg and 60mg aren't that diffrent with prozax only like 10 to 5 percent more in the sertonin receptors. Again apologies for the long talk

I'm trying really not to panic and not cry but I get worried ill have mourn who I was and I'll start getting the new scary side effects and then I'll stick and I won't be able to get out. I've tried everything to prevent it but I worry theirs no stopping it..

I'm scared that when the new symptoms show I won't come back ever again...I dont wanna go away, it makes this feel like I have to say goodbye

Your sweet brain is recalibrating and freaking out as it does so.

All those thoughts are just part of the recalibration! Do your best to not believe them and just know that it’s temporary! You’re starting to stabilize and you will continue.

Different things are going to come and go as you recalibrate.

Do you think it will balence on this new dose I was on 60mg for years then I stupidly ct for 2 months and jow im trying to get back on the med now on 60mg, it was prozac by the way. Also thank yoy so much for talking with me it means alot

I’m not an expert- all I know is that you’ve done the right thing and that you will find balance again.

Alrighty I'll try my best, I guess paitantly waiting for worse things is what I worry. I've heard some side effects can show months later and it's already been 4 months since the whole ordeal technically 2 months back on the med 10mg 1 month and now 20 1 month but im not upping anymore.

Many people don’t have bad withdrawals! And you reinstated so that’s gonna help loads. Try really hard to only think about one day at a time. Try and ignore those worry thoughts as much as you can.

You just stay where you are on 20mg and let your body stablise.

We are all here for you. Things are gonna be ok. 😀

I really wish I could call people who are going through this its hard alotta the time and it's hard to belive the reinstment will help cause I kindled cause I went such back on a high dose and I'm scared that since I kindled it won't help

Most of my side effects showed when I got back on the med I get worried my withdrawl will catch up soon despite having the med in me like months later im told. I guess I worry that despite the kindling of the reisntmatnet the withdrawl will bypass it and still give me those side effects. And thank you so much for talking with me and I'm glad your here I just get so scard km gonna go away forever

I'm just worried it will take 5 years without any change. I've heard that happens to people who stay off their med and don't go back on and I worry resintatment won't change that course.

I’d not worry about it. It’s a good life skill to work on in general. One day at a time. My moto for life. 😀

Maybe don’t even expect to enjoy it the same way right now, you know? And then, if you do, it’ll just be a pleasant surprise.

If you had broken your arm, you wouldn’t enjoy it the same way, but you would trust that you were going to heal and be back to yourself

Maybe think of it kind of like a broken bone that’s in a nice cast now since you reinstated.
