I worry that the reinstatment can't change my future, and I'm so happy your here for me and helping me through this it means so much to me. I just wanna stablize on my current dose and hopefully get back up to 60mg if possible but stablizing in general is what I want so my brain recognizes my meds. I've heard 20mg and 60mg aren't that diffrent with prozax only like 10 to 5 percent more in the sertonin receptors. Try really hard to only think about one day at a time. Try and ignore those worry thoughts as much as you can.You just stay where you are on 20mg and let your body stablise.We are all here for you.
