August 23Aug 23 According to your head and eye pressure, it's probably something physically not ok and this is making you tired and exhausted. Lack of motivation is the consequence of everything. Your hard life was probably not the trigger for this condition. It can be physical. 2009-2010: Sertraline (50 mg) 2011: Escitalopram (10 mg) 2009-2011: tried Olanzapine (5/2.5mg), Quetiapine (50/25mg) and Aripriprazole (low dosage) CT Escitalopram, being free for several moths 2012-2016: Fluoxetine (60 mg) 2016-2017: Venlafaxine (75 mg) 2016: just tried Duloxetine and Maprotiline 2017-2018: Mirtazapine (30/45mg) 2012-2018: Bupropion (300 mg) 2014-2018: Lamotrigine (50/100/150 mg) CT Bupropion, tapering Lamitrogine and Mirtazapine (practically CT, fast tapering)

When stopped, the amygdala and limbic system—the brain's emotional threat networks—become hyperactive, pulling emotionally charged (often negative or traumatic) memories to the surface. * State-Dependent Recall: Memory retrieval is tied to your current physical state. Because withdrawal causes severe internal discomfort, your brain naturally searches for past memories that match your present feeling of distress, fear, or helplessness. * Neuroplastic Remodeling: As the central nervous system attempts to rebuild its natural neurotransmitter pathways, cognitive filters temporarily weaken. Unprocessed memories or old unresolved hurts can flood your consciousness without your usual ability to dismiss them. * Cognitive Threat Scanning: The brain interprets chemical distress as a real-time threat. In an attempt to protect you, it scans your past history to analyze "what went wrong," creating a loop of negative rumination. Is This Common?Yes, it is very common. Many people going through withdrawal report an unexpected influx of vivid, painful, or long-forgotten negative memories. These intrusive thoughts are a temporary neurochemical reaction—a sign of a recalibrating nervous system rather than a permanent psychological decline. 1998 forced on cipramil *no anxiety/depression background*Over the years all kinds of SSRI/SNRI/antipsychotics/stabilizers due to apparently side effects/withdrawalMany attempts to quit over the years with failure (extremely rapid taper followed by doctors' guidens)Current attempt-Paxil 20 mg:6/24 20 mg to 5 mg-severe AKA9/24 Increase to 20-AKA continues10/24 stopped completely-AKA out of control 11/24 Zoloft bridge attempt-25 mg to 75 mg+Seroquel-AKA continued-stopped them CT.12/24 Back on Paxil 10mg (0.1789g)-some stabilization-from here tapered by about 30% each time (don't remember doses and dates).2025 - 7.10 0.0558g (3.11mg)/7.11 3% 0.0541g (3.02mg)/4.12 1% 0.0535g (2.98mg)2026 - 3.1 1.5% 0.0526g (2.93mg)/9.1 8.5% 0.0480g (2.68mg)/16.2 1.8% 0.0470g (2.62mg)/21.3 1% 0.466 (2.60mg)/23.4 2.2% 0.455g (2.54mg)/8.7 21.7% 0.0356.5g (2mg)/15.8 updose by 11.7% 0.0400g (2.23mg)Supplements:Magnesium Glycinate - started 28.5.26 1 capsule 200mg in the morning - Increased brain fog and muscle stiffness - stopped after two weeks.Iron - liquid, quarter of recommended dose - increased anxiety and burning sensation - stopped after two weeks.Saffron - started 8.7.26 1 capsule 30mg in the morning - pretty immediate improvement in terms of terror, body pain and sleep.

If you did decide and it worsened you straight away just go back to your previous dose the next day. If not hold the dose for the usual 7-14 days and assess. What dose are you considering? If you are thinking 2mg that you can just take 2 drops. If you are thinking of taking 1.5mg let me know when you get your syringes and I can help you figure that.Something like this might be handy too but not essential. https://www.amazon.co.uk/PATIKIL-Measuring-Borosilicate-Transparent-Laboratory/dp/B0FKT4V93G/ref=asc_df_B0FKT4V93G?mcid=313964337be43a2ba6568b90912ca709&tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=760636076609&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=16604609820657338724&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9046753&hvtargid=pla-2451569281098&hvocijid=16604609820657338724-B0FKT4V93G-&hvexpln=0&gad_source=1&th=1Don't worry it is all very easy nothing to worry about, just seems a bit complex when you first look at it. I suspect you’re just in wave. We just can’t be sure. Yes with a 1ml syringe it’s simple. Please ask here before using them and confirm the method won’t you?
