Since I have been on this journey, I haven't had any pills for headaches, but last night, I did. After I took one pill, my headache fade away and was able to rest a little more.

No me neither. I’m glad it went and you got some more rest.

04/23/2026- 7th consecutive day feeling good despite few physical symptoms....

Yesterday was another good day, but I was experiencing a headache on one side of head that shifted around all day. I think it was the only major issue I had, but I was able to work, concentrate, no boss fear, no other psychological symptoms.

Last night, I had to take an acetaminophen medication that it is more natural and it worked on my headache. After that, I was able to some how sleep more. I said somehow because I have nine puppies crying all night long. I need to get rid of them and hoping to find good homes for them.

Currently, I feel better in the mornings. My morning fear is fading away and I feel more morning positive and motivated.

It's my 7 consecutive day feeling good with more psychical symptoms than psychological.

Muscle pain on my shoulder and arms moving around and on neck area.

After my dose reduction, second day I experienced nocturnal minimal panic two times, 6 day more muscle pain and headache.

Other than that, I feel so far good. As mornings move on, I feel better.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we will all heal.

Keep moving forward....

Afternoon update....

Muscle pain continues....it's like many pitches all around my back and arms....

Other than that, I will consider another good day so far.

Unfortunately, WD and recovery doesn't exempt us from the aches and pains we get in daily life. But it sounds like you handled the headache and body aches really well. Hope tomorrow is better for you!

04/24/2026- 8 consecutive days feeling good and recovery process.

Yesterday was another good day with muscle pain on shoulder, neck, and upper arm. Overall, it was good and no headache.

This morning, I woke up due to my alarm. My morning fear is a lot less intense. I'm not where I will like, but it has improved a lot more. I feel more positive and motivated in the morning. I am slower between 6am to 9am and then things improved a lot more.

Eight consecutive days feeling good despite the physical pain. It does not hurt me as much as those psychological symptoms.

Let see how I end up today. In the name of Jesus Christ, we will heal.

Patience, float, acceptance and one day at a time ...

04/25/2026- 9 consecutive days feeling good, slept until 630am first time in the longest...

Yesterday was another good day thanks God. There was a time that I kind of got anxious for like an hour but it resolved quickly. Overall, it was a good day with the muscle pain and manageable.

This morning, after a long time, I woke up at 630 am with no rush, no cortisol, no intrusive thoughts, nothing....my mornings are slowly improving again and feeling motivated and positive.

9 consecutive days feeling good with minor issues, but it's the longest time for a long time that I feel good.

Let see how I do today.

04/$6/2026- 10 consecutive days feeling good, another 630am wake up time instead of 530am....

Yesterday was another good day with the minimal symptoms such as muscle pain. However, the muscle pain was better too. I did experience a little bit of anxious body for a short period of time but very minimal symptom. I will still consider that I'm at a good window.

This morning, I woke up again at 630am. This is my second time that I passed the 530sm mark. I slept 7 hours and I'm still in bed.

No morning rush

No cortisol

No head pressure

No anxiety

No burning sensation

Only minimal hot sensation on my back

Muscle pain - minimal

One positive thing that i noticed yesterday is that I have been lovable again. That emotion was gone while on medication, but lately, I have been more compassionate, lovable, and even feel the love when hugging someone. I guess, this is a returning feel. I just realized it this week when I went out by myself and brought a surprise gift for wife... 💕....these medications really affect emotions and make us emotional numbness....

I still have a long way to get out, but as I take off, I have noticed positive symptoms returning slowly despite the struggles...I'm focusing more in the positive than the negative.

Let's continue moving forward and let Jesus Christ healed us...have faith and trust God...

04/27/2026- 11 consecutive days feeling good with minimal issues and sleep continues to improve...

Yesterday was another good day with just the muscle pain here there but manageable. It was on and off and switching from one side to next mostly upper arm, back and neck.

This morning, I woke up due to my alarm at 6am. It seems that I am waking up later than 530am, and I felt that I wanted to stay sleeping longer, but I have to get ready to work. I felt the same as yesterday.

So far, things are looking bright for me. 11 consecutive days and hoping things will continue improving for my next cut.

Mornings are improving slowly and getting better.

Let see how I end up today and hopefully, I get a nice work day...

In the name of Jesus Christ, we will heal. Keep faith, hope, and trust in him...

04/28/2926- 12 consecutive days good, last four days sleep improved....

Yesterday was another good day with a minor headache for like an hour and muscle pain on and off.

This morning woke up due to my alarm. I do feel just a little bit anxious, but minimal so far.

Let see how I will be later in the morning. Morning fear so far is gone, but I still have a little morning blah but a lot better than previous months...

Muscle pain mostly on neck area, upper arms and shoulders. It's a pain that it is on and off. Like I feel it on my neck, then it goes to my upper arms. Then, disappeared and move to a different part of body...

I also must say that my sleeping patterns have improved. I have been waking up due to alarm to get ready to work and I feel like I want to continue sleeping.

In the name of Jesus, we will heal...

I get that when my anxiety level goes up. Hits me in the left neck and shoulder then takes a trip around my body to my right side where I've dinged myself up multiple times. I think anxiety finds a weak spot and exploits it. But the aches pass. Sounds like you're doing great!

Yes, this is what I'm experiencing lately. The good thing is that is not the burning sensation or anxiety sensation anymore so far. It's just the pain going around in the exact areas you mentioned.

Body continues to heal.

I'm hoping that as I go down in my dose, symptoms will get better as my body takes more control of it..

04/29/2026- 13 consecutive days feeling good, 6 consecutive days sleeping better, and with minimal physical symptoms..

Yesterday was another good day with same physical symptoms. Tinnitus came back but it's on and off. I only noticed it when things are quiet. It's a background noise. My morning fear continues to improve toward more positive and motivational symptoms. Work fear sensation improved too.

This morning, I woke up again due to alarm. Otherwise, I was probably ready to continue sleeping, but I have to be ready to work.

So far early background symptoms mostly early hours.

Feeling only slow and blah until after 9am or so when things seems to be better.

13 consecutive days feeling good. Longest so far. Let see what is ahead of me. I'm not there yet but I have definitely improved in the name of Jesus Christ...

04/30/2026- 14 days good, but I experienced a nocturnal panics again...

Yesterday was another good day, but I had an emotional small situation in the evening.

I went to sleep around 10pm. At 1am, I woke up with a mild nocturnal panic. Then, I went to sleep again and around 330, I had a bigger nocturnal panic where I felt air hunger, chest fear, and anxiety. Then, I went back to sleep just to wake up again at 530am with chest anxiety/ emptyness and mild fear.

Currently 6am and awake...

Day 14, after my reduction, nocturnal panic, air hunger like if I lost breathing, chest fear and emptyness...

Let see if it resolves quickly again.

In 16 months journey, I have had about three or four nocturnal panic attacks.

Hope in Jesus Christ, It resolves quick and I'm regain strength...

The panics seem like they don't last long and you're dealing with them well. It sucks but you are making progress!

Yes, to be on this journey 16 months and have only about four total, it is definitely not bad. It's always a nocturnal panic attack. Now, it left me with like chest emptiness and body Nervousness and back ground fear.

Before medication, I used to have nocturnal panic attack like once a year since I was five years old. I learned that they don't hurt me, so when I had one, I just ignored it and after few seconds, it was gone and back to sleep.

After medication and during this journey, I have experienced it, but it hurts my CNS a lot longer even though I am ignoring it....I guess when my CNS was great without medication, it resolved a lot quicker and better.

One thing doctor has not being able to explain why it happens only at night. Why nocturnal panic when I'm asleep...who knows!!!!

This may not be related to the reduction at all rather to the irregularities of the process. I hope this will also be resolved soon @Raymond

Keep up the good fight, you're doing great!

Thanks @Fullhealing . Yes, I was thinking the same thing. I used to have nocturnal panics attacks even before medication. I had my first one when I was five years old. Then, I will get one like every year or so. But during this process of recovery, my CNS still sensitive and make things worst. This is one symptom that I have ignored my entire life. I will have one around 3am, wake up with panic, breath for few seconds, and gone and back to sleep. Now, it's different as my system heals ..

After my reduction:

Day 2- headache and gone

Day 14- nocturnal panic attack, chest emptiness, fatigue, and little body Nervousness...

Honestly @Raymond didn't expect it to be totally "clean" as we know this process already but as long as it's bearable and you function at a high level it's amazing!

Sending sunshine and warmth your way, too bad it can't pass through here (;
