Just my thoughts. 🙏❤️@LostinCanada ..thanks, I was thinking the same thing...this year, I should just go slow for now ...I have been feeling better, but I haven't had more than 6 consecutive weeks. 08/01/2009- Klonopin 1mg, but took only .25mg when needed, and end up taking every day for 3 years. 08/01/2012 - Paraxotine 20 mg12/2024- reinstated 5mg (.0740g)after cold turkey. First tapering 07/01/2025 = 1.2% , 09/01/2025 - another 1.4%. 10/01/2025- 4.79mg (.0716g) holding until further notice........04/17/26 resumed taper 0714g (4.78mg). 05/20/2026- .0712g (4.76mg, .28% cut). 06/09/2026- .0708g (4.73mg .56% cut). 06/30/2026 - .0706g (4.72mg .33%). 07/28/2026 - .0700g (4.68mg, .85%).09/01/26 - .0698g (4.66mg, .29%).
May 18May 18 @Raymond I second that. I would even be more carefull and try with 1% and wait 4-6 weeks. I took a too big step on my last reduction after my crash, and paid the price.Functionally and safety first. Just my humble opinion from my experience.Be good to yourself and take your time. Then we hopefully don’t overstep the red line and can continue slow and easy.I just read @RachelSusan ‘S last post, and I know exactly, what she is talking of. The urge to speed up, when feeling good.Good to hear you finally have gotten some improvement and getting your head above the water. 🙏♥️ Edited May 18May 18 by Haa My Intro Topic on AR; 1997 - 2020 - Effexor XR and BusPar2017 - Current - Lamotrigine 100 mg (x2 Daily) 8am+6pm OxapaxHistory archived - Chippy 01 March 202621 Jan 2026 – 7,5mgx3=22.5 mg (+9.2%) 8am+4pm+10pm13 Marts 6,9+7,5+7,5=21.9mg26 Marts 6,9+6,9+7,5=21,3mg 01 May 6,75x2+7,5=21mg 1,4%25 May 6,75x2+7mg=20,5mg 2,3% LyricaHistory archived - Chippy 01 March 202628 July 2025 – current 28,2x= 56.4 mg (-0.70%) 8am+6pm Sertraline 08 Nov 2020 – 75mg 10pm04 Nov 2025 – 100mg 10pm08 Dec 2025 – 95mg 10pm05 Jan 2026 – 91mg 10pm11 Mar - 90,8mg 10pm15 Mar - 90mg 10pm24Apr - 89,88mg 10pm (-0,12mg/day)03May - 88,8mg23June - 88mg On hold06august 86mg

My goal is not to taper more than 3%, this next month, I do the same .0002 cut. Then, increase to .0004 and so on to see how much I can take So far, I'm doing great this month... 08/01/2009- Klonopin 1mg, but took only .25mg when needed, and end up taking every day for 3 years. 08/01/2012 - Paraxotine 20 mg12/2024- reinstated 5mg (.0740g)after cold turkey. The only problem I had last night was my daughter's constantly kicking me during her sleep. She becomes karate kid at night 😂. Another issue I got yesterday was the left side headache that returned but mild symptom. It went away within two hours or so.Today, I still slept better even after fighting with my karate kid during the night.Since this is a supporting group and we learn from each other, I won't be ashamed in becoming aware of sexual interactions with your partners.Be aware that when your sexual desires comes back, you still sensitive and it will give you fatigue, anxiety, etc. it is good those desires comes back, but if your nervous system still sensitive, you can experience bad symptoms after......so, if you can hold it will be great, if not, then just be aware that you will feel little bad after....Late night update.....I so far did good and better to great.Already 30 days after my cut, and my last 6 days, I have been sleeping like a baby for the first time and in 18 months.Instead of 2% cut this month, I will do another.0002 cut just to allow another month. If things continue to improve with no major waves, then, following month I will cut.0004, and continue increasing until I slowly hit the 3% Edited May 19May 19 by Raymond Adding comments 08/01/2009- Klonopin 1mg, but took only .25mg when needed, and end up taking every day for 3 years. 08/01/2012 - Paraxotine 20 mg12/2024- reinstated 5mg (.0740g)after cold turkey.
