Most of the day went well considering the night, I was quite energetic, mood was relatively good, worked a few hours, some humor with the employees, not on edge, gloomy, I missed my cheerful self, it was nice. Evening, things changed mainly physically, body suddenly got extreme fatigue to the point of difficulty standing on its feet, added with joint/muscle pain, wave of about two hours, as for now it's 70% better. Also during the day, waves of allergies including poor digestion and tinnitus but that's pretty much the norm. Currently, mood is still fine, overall I'm improving, greatful. very glad to hear that youre improving and its good that most of the day went well. to me that sounds like you are definitely getting better. you got this! Regarding nicotine, it's been wild in the last few months, I've never smoked so heavily and it's at a suffocating level!! I've managed to cut back in the last couple of days and my body is thanking me so I'll try to keep it up. make sure to take it easy, and try to focus on the things that bring you joy and calmness. and remember to remember, that it's just your nervous system unstabilized, accept the sickness and let the body go through what it needs to, don't rush into negativity stories in your head as much as you can. Just taking every day as it comes 💕 So sorry to hear that @Catbird yet glad that you are having good days as well, definitely an encouraging sign. March 25Mar 25 @FullhealingFullhealing It certainly is a bumpy ride ,it's all that building work going on .The foundations (baseline) start pf weak and crumbly so anything built on top doesn't last long and has to be rebuilt .Eventually the foundations get shored up and underpinned even more so eventually the building work on top is more stable ,so no falling down and rebuilding as much ( symptons reappearing ) until we have such a solid foundation the building stays where it is and lasts mamy years . Keep going you are close to a solid foundation and your building will be very strong 😊 2016 - 2019 Sertraline 25mg highest dose 100mg 2019 C Ted 25mg Bad withdrawals 01/2020 reinstated 25mg 06/2020 - 12/2021 tapered from 100mg to 6mg jumped off .bad withdrawals like before . 06/2022 reinstated 25mg 10/2023 started taper of 25mg not sure of starting drops 04/2025 5mg 06/2025 4.1mg 08/2025 3.5mg 10/2025 3.1 mg 12/2025 2.5mg 01/2026 to present 2.27mg

I'm sorry you are dealing with those kind of symptoms, not fun for sure. If you are dealing with pains and want to try maybe something else, for me sometimes very light chamomile tea helps with head/body pain. I put only one chamomile flower in a strainer with hot water for 5 minutes and then drink, if you can tolerate chamomile/small amounts of it, maybe it could help out at times. I'm personally kind of sensitive to chamomile, but in time of immense pain that interrupts my sleep, it can help my pain calm down after 30-60 minutes and at the end go to sleep, which brings more positives than negatives. it may also help with your sleep issues.
