Currently, I'm at 4.79mg paraxotine. The medication is affecting 40 to 47% of my serotonin. In your case, you are at 2.68mg, so your dose is affecting about 30% of your serotonin. The good news is that once your body stabilize, you should feel better. Your body currently producing 70% of your serotonin naturally, but still finding the balance... I wish I could be on your current dose, but I have a long way to go.... April 7Apr 7 Oh no, I am so sorry @Fullhealing , this sounds terrible. You have been knocked down really hard and fast. 😧😔 Maybe it is a good thing that you react with sleeping. Sleeping accelerates healing. I hope you will heal fast from this virus! Serotonin is needed in every cell. April 8Apr 8 Author Update 18:30pm Slept with many short, sweaty awakenings, ton! very grateful that I was able to sleep and for the system to have quiet place to fight the virus well. In general I think how remarkable our system is to mobilizes so many microscopic workers in full synchronization and fights on so many fronts at the same time that we are not aware of, I really have to fall hard to appreciate what is mostly taken for granted. Same goes with this brutal process, the system is fighting such a difficult internal bloody war that manifests itself in all the unbearable symptoms with no dull moment, every second is well utilized, when it comes to an end against the poison we have been fed, each with his own, we will reach the other side, only patience, time and a lot of appreciation will make it happen. Anyways, feeling better, the virus seems to mostly faded with fewer signs, body hurts less and although there is still some pressure and pain in the sinuses, cheeks and jaw it's bearable, no painkillers today so it's a clear indication of improvement. mood, reasonable. We will see how it continues from here. Sounds like things are heading in the right direction @Fullhealing your system is fighting this off well. I agree our bodies are amazing! Incredible. April 9Apr 9 Author Update 2:10am Seems that sleep isn't going to happen anytime soon, the virus has knocked me down for so many hours that the next few nights will likely be more alert than withdrawal normal. Today was half a clutch but considering that I'm not completely healed yet, it makes sense. Managed to work for a brief time and in the evening had to go out for some close errand that I put off for too long which felt like long beret journey, I was simply drained, at zero and so was my mood but no anxiety, burning sensation, heart palpitations or feeling on edge so I'll take it.
