February 7Feb 7 Author Morning and thanks ALL, well no walk yet this morning, food shop this morning and will be setting off shortly. So awoke after 4 hours broken sleep in terror on a 0, the dreaded sleep reset, but awakening more this soon calmed down, and no mental akathisia to get me out on a 3am walk, so meditation on youtube and I was able to chill out. No more sleep, but that I knew was gone. So I would say on a 3 now, Tinnitus loud again but nausea not as bad this morning, and feeling reasonably calm. So I will have a run in the car, the see how my food shop goes and then just take it from there. Now I am not expecting the same lift as yesterday, but who knows. The thing is I have been punished SO many times with sleep reset that I am just open to whatever comes my way. But yes yesterday was so gradual it was just surprising, but very welcome from the living hell I have been in for so long. Now the wave could still be lurking, and strike me down again anytime, which is why I am still ultra cautious. So yes onwards I plod, I have still loads of problems, but continued healing puts me in better stead to deal with those in a more controlled and balanced way.👍 Take care all, B.🤞👍 2001-2021 Prozac 20mg 2020-2021 Tramadol 300mg 2022 April 15th Started Mirtazapine 15mg 2022 Sept 15 dropped to 7.5mg 2023 May 16th failed CT reinstated. 2023 June 30th tapering off 2025 Jan 7th Stopped all drugs.

February 7Feb 7 Author Hi all, well a disaster of a morning car wise. Yesterday I thought WELL, the car is fixed, recall done, very good for todays shop. So I started up and just got off the drive and it says "boot open" on the dash, so I jumps out to check, No boot shut, so I set off again and the message disappears. Then while driving I find the rear wiper has stopped working. So guessing it's a fuse I just carry on my drive. Well I get back to town with the boot open sign randomly popping up and get to the Supermarket. Now on the last stretch I heard the central locking clicking, so I tried locking it in the car park, NO, wouldn't lock. So I thought oh well, this was 7am I will risk it and went for my shopping. So back to the car I get with my shopping and and press starter, NOTHING, message on dash KEY not detected. DAMN. So breakdown truck ordered. The problem was the electric handbrake was on and auto gearbox was in park. ALL 4 wheels locked. So an hour later and he arrived, it was nothing he hadn't encountered before and with plastic skids under each tyre he got it on the truck. So limited garages open on a Saturday, first one we tried they wouldn't attempt. Too complicated. 2nd garage same thing, one last garage to try, and yes he thought he could fix it. SO we got the car off, put my shopping in the tow truck. Garage man said he would get the car safe, I couldn't lock it you see. Tools & bits and bobs in the boot. So yes breakdown guy run me home with my shopping, so MORE bloody expense. Now he did think it was the alternator, But it was dark when I was driving and the lights were working fine, so if that WAS the problem the lights would have gone out. Well that's my theory. Oh well, I will see what happens. Apart from that, on a 5. February 7Feb 7 So so glad to hear things are continuing to ease up for you B, apart from the bloody car. The joys of motoring! And you survived a stressful morning. Hope the car gets sorted 3 weeks Paxil around 2002 I think can’t really remember. Still waiting to stabilise before proceeding with taper.Supplements - 100mg magnesium glycinate daily.Other meds - Omeprazole 20mg a day when gastritis flares - realised after taking this for 8 days end of June ‘26 I was experiencing some WD symptoms again and researched to find PPIs block the liver enzymes used to metabolise a lot of antidepressants artificially raising blood levels. Stopped omeprazole and 2 weeks later back into a bad wave as my body has reacted as if I’ve updosed and then dropped again.Post menopausal GP has prescribed HRT but have not started as don’t want to confuse my system while tapering.

February 8Feb 8 Author Morning all, back off my 5.15am walk, damp underfoot but dry at the moment 7c so feeling warm. So I awoke on a 0 again in terror after 3 hours broken sleep, put meditation on youtube and calmed down and lifted to a 2, I am on a 3 now. Loud tinnitus, nausea was bad but has settled a bit now, so not feeling horribly bad, just flat. So yes zero motivation and just generally p****d off to be honest, obviously still wave thinking, car out of action with over a £500 bill imminent, and if I am sensible I will get rid. Motorcycle also to sort out this month, one way or another and it's already the 8th, so yes not promising at the moment is an understatement. Now I did lift again yesterday which was very good indeed under the circumstances, but the car trauma highlights how fragile our brains still are under a stressful situation. Things obviously will get sorted out, but I don't think I can trust my car again. 1 problem sends the electrics into chaos mode, leaving you totally stranded. I couldn't even lock it. But worse, all 4 wheels locked up. Imagine if that was on the motorway or town or city centre !!!!!! So yes zero money coming in, on a time limit for MOT or sale with the motorbike, Car, big bill then????? No where near ready for looking for another job yet, with still a long long way to go for full recovery yet, so yes looking at that there's no wonder I am feeling a bit flat and dejected. But onwards I plod. Take care all, B.🤞 2001-2021 Prozac 20mg 2020-2021 Tramadol 300mg 2022 April 15th Started Mirtazapine 15mg 2022 Sept 15 dropped to 7.5mg 2023 May 16th failed CT reinstated. 2023 June 30th tapering off 2025 Jan 7th Stopped all drugs.

I can see it lifting which is good but that’s just awful to have to wake to that. I’m so sorry mate. Hope this resolves soon. It will. It’s good you’ve lifted out of it quickly by the looks of things. 5 minutes ago, NT1100B said: Now I did lift again yesterday which was very good indeed under the circumstances, but the car trauma highlights how fragile our brains still are under a stressful situation. Good pattern forming here I hope 🤞 No you don’t want that with your car. Time for it to go perhaps. Only gonna keep costing you I think. It’s the electrics isn’t it. Always go wrong big when they do. I’m a lover of the older cars. My wife’s is dead simple. So easy to work on. Nothing much to go wrong. 7 minutes ago, NT1100B said: So yes zero money coming in, on a time limit for MOT or sale with the motorbike, Car, big bill then?????
