The anhedonia is among the most brutal symptoms of the PWD. It is an inhumane state.

mine is seeming to settle now and the only way I have achieved that is by literally keeping everything the same. I.e dose wake up time even eating at the same times everyday. I took fish oil on Saturday and it made me suicidal depressed so I learned my lesson from that. Inoe this is hard but your doing it each day that goes by is you getting closer to feeling better.

Hi @Finni, I am tapering Mirtazapine very slowly, 2,5 mg in 7 mounts... And never I have had a relief, the horror is provocated by the CT in March 2025, and my CNS still suffers. I think with or without Mirtazapine my state is awful, so I will continue to taper and will hope that the time will be my healer.

Wow, I'm in the same boat, but I'm still on medication. I just figured that the paranoia about my boss it's a new symptom too that I developed around end of month 12...

You are strong....keep moving forward, but also, you can consider holding long..... eventually your body will get better...

February 2024-March 2025 drug after drug after drug... 70 rTMS sessions, 8 ketamin infusions-nothing worked

March 2025 CT upon doctor "advice" from Desipramine, Viibryd, Lithium at high doses all together in 6 days

Since then awful withdrawal: unbearable anxiety, panic attacks, adrenaline rushes, hot flashes, muscle pain over all the body, insomnia, depression, intrusive thoughts, brain fog

Current tapering Mirtazapine : December 29,2025-3 mg, February,15, 2025-2,7 mg, February,28-2,5 mg, March,8-2 mg, March,14-1,5 mg, March,20-0 mg

Morning @skamen Svetla. Hoping things are better for you this morning. I can’t imagine what it’s like to get those recurring cortisol spikes you speak of. You asked about my sleep. It’s up & down. Better some nights than others but not great. I don’t remember the last time I had a “normal” nights sleep. I get very little REM or deep sleep. It’s the pits isn’t it??
