Oxazepam 3 days for adrenaline quetiapine 1 day - made me feel bad so i only took it once. lorazepam 1 day - got panic bc of the feeling of sedatingStopped everything 2 months ago, now i have severe dpdr because i was so scared, had a week long panic attacks the whole day every day crying that im gonna die because of feeling of adrenaline and dpdr and I felt really bad. Went to the er a lot of times, healthy. Now I can not get out of bed because of severe dpdr, can not recognize myself at all and im every day more scared.

This is almost always the case, it is good to get checked, but these symptoms are all neurological so as tough as they feel, they have been caused by the drug harm.It is so good you don't add any second fear, this is key, accept the symptoms in the moment, don't start to make it worse by panicking, the fact you are starting to be able to do this is great work! Thing will likely be a bit rough for a bit, maybe very at times, but don't worry, just keep using those coping skills, remind yourself you are safe, and take it one step at a time, eventually it will ease as you heal. May 11May 11 Author my symptoms are super severe, not knowing anything or recognizing anymore nt even my room, my cats, my life, my body, i feel like only,severe breathless, feeling super trapped, so out of body that if i movve my body or speak ^t doesnt feel like mine, my brain not. registering anythinng, not feeling my body, not feeling the connection with my surroundings, feeling like i need to run from my body, mental torture.. ppl keep saying to call my crisis tram but they don't do anything.. im so lost bc it doesnt go down :( going to center parcs, but i barely can walk bc im so dizzy and breathless and feel like when i move and speak its not me... It was my anxious brain trying to make me think my life was out of control and I was doomed to a life of misery. You'll get through this; each day in unique and just because you've had some bad days doesn't mean today has to be bad, too. You'll get there!
